Watercourse Way Bath House Spa

In desperate need for a chill date, my partner and I decided to book a hot tub and sauna room here at Watercourse Way. Though it would’ve been much easier to just book the room online, calling over the phone wasn’t too bad and they do have a lot to explain as well. Anyways, from the start of the experience it is great. They offered us tea or water right away and showed us to the room. It was super relaxing, clean, and spacious. We really enjoyed the ability to cycle between the cold plunge and hot tub and sauna. Overall it was a very relaxing time and I could not complain about the experience.

We booked the Six Dragonflies room at Watercourse Way Spa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The steam room did not work. We spent at least 10 minutes trying to troubleshoot it ourselves before paging staff. When someone finally responded, we were told to "press 1." We did, waited, and nothing happened. We paged again. No response. We paged multiple times after that and were completely ignored. As a result, we were unable to use a major feature of the room that we specifically booked and paid for. On top of that, the jetted tub was extremely over-chlorinated. The chlorine level was so strong that it burned our eyes just sitting in the tub. Instead of being relaxing, it was uncomfortable. When we checked out and informed the front desk about the steam room, we were told, "Next time page us." We explained that we did.. several times. They seemed surprised and offered 15% off a future visit. We declined, as we don’t feel comfortable returning after this experience. The second option was that a manager would call us the next day. No one called. I called around 5:30 pm to follow up. The person I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive. He said he couldn’t tell me when we would receive a callback because they have "several customers" and complaints being addressed in order received. When I asked who specifically would be calling us by the end of the week, he said he didn’t know because "they have many managers." For the price you pay, functioning amenities and responsive customer service should be the bare minimum. Instead, we experienced broken equipment, uncomfortable conditions, and no meaningful follow-up. Very disappointing overall.

We visited a private room. Due to being in a rush, we left the room on time, but later I realized that the gold backing of my earring was left behind in the room. I called them the same day and asked them to check. They promised to call back, but never did and completely ignored it. Do not recommend.

I’ve had various different masseuses here, all very good. Rooms are beautiful with relaxing music. The little shop in front is great for gifts: jewelry, candles, soaps, kids things, well curated. Love coming here

Amazing, friendly, welcoming, and relaxing atmosphere and environment. The staff are so incredibly friendly and the place was neat and clean. Came for a bachelorette weekend for one of my dearest friends. And watercourse was so helpful in booking our reservation! It was well organized and well communicated. We stayed at the Nine Bats and Eight Stars hot tub rooms and it was gorgeous! Will definitely come back!

We got the premium hot tub room. The room was clean, spacious, and had a relaxing atmosphere. It would be even better if the water was warmer and if robes and slippers were provided. Other than that, we enjoyed our experience.

We got a gift card to this place and we were excited to try it out. We get massages regularly and i have never had such a poor experience. Staff was friendly, everything was clean and beautiful but when i say i literally got a back rub, this is no exaggeration. The masseuse played with my hair for 15 minutes of the 1hr massage. We will not be coming back.
