Best spa I’ve been to in the Bay Area so far. Online reservation is recommended, but walk-ins are easily available on weekdays. The facility is clean and provides slippers, towels, and bath robes. Male and female are separated, except for in the couple’s massage room. There’s a salt room for women and a jade room for men, a dry sauna, steam room, hot tub, and cold plunge. I always like to get the "black tie" which entails 25min of Silky Scrub + 85 minutes of deep tissue massage, or any massage of your choice. The full body exfoliating scrub is unique to Korean spas. The technique of the masseuse is very professional and skillful. Highly recommend if you haven’t been here yet!

Very disappointing and unprofessional. They make you pay upfront, the place is really small, they have a few slippers, you have to take off your shoes as soon as you get in and if they don´t have any, you have to be barefoot. Everybody is naked around and talking loudly, the space is tiny so not relaxing at all. They have sauna, salt room, steam room and small jacuzzi as well as cold water. They call you up by the number on your locker (not name), the therapist doesn´t even introduce herself, or ask you how you like the pressure or if you have an injury, she just starts rubbing very quick, erratic and goes all over your body which is uncomfortable, you can´t relax during the massage as is very painful and to top it off, she's got long nails which you can feel, I ended up with bruises after the service. Once done she gives you the envelope (tips are cash only). The showers are open, so zero privacy nor amenities for you to get ready, no body lotion, deodorant or anything, just a few snacks. Not a professional place, nor relaxing, if you can avoid coming here, do so, such a shame.

My husband and I were visiting from out of town and looking for a nearby spa. We booked a couples massage and were not disappointed. He had a deep tissue massage and I chose Fusion (deep tissue and shiatsu). The spa was clean and orderly, and the couples massage was great. We spent time before and after our treatments in the mens and womens spa, cold plunge and sauna rooms. The cost of our 85 minute couples massage was very reasonable. Highly recommend this spa and would definitely book here again.

Conveniently close to Palo Alto. The massage was great, and the scrub and treatment were very satisfying. However, the hot tub and sauna were not as hot as expected. Considering the tip as well, the admission fee feels a bit expensive for the size of the sauna.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful day of relaxation here, it truly exceeded our expectations! The friendly staff welcomed us warmly and ensured we felt comfortable throughout our visit. We particularly enjoyed the wet and dry saunas, which were perfect for unwinding. The highlight of our day was the deep tissue massage absolutely heavenly! We also loved the Himalayan salt room, which provided a serene space for meditation. Overall, it was a fantastic escape for couples, and we can’t wait to return for more blissful treatments!

This was my first visit to the spa. I enjoyed full use of spa facilities prior to my Fusion massage. I was pleasantly surprised by the other perks such as tea, water, snacks, hair dryers etc . My maage was amazing, by Rosa. The ladies area was packed by 2:00 pm in a Sunday (3 ladies ixcupying a bench while they wait to be called for a service) while many if us just trying to find room to get dressed. One suggestion would be to dim the lights in the hot tub/ cold plunge area. The lights are blinding and do not contribute to a relaxing atmosphere.

Not a bad space, but the sauna is too cold!! It doesn't go above 160 deg F (70 deg C), so as far as longevity protocol it's not great. I won't be going back, unless they change this. Most of the longevity and health benefits come from having the dry sauna between 80 - 100 deg C.
