Getting on the schedule was difficult — their aesthetician got sick and then quit, so my appointment was rescheduled twice. Once I finally came in, the facial itself was okay. The nurse told me my pores ‘weren’t that bad’ and recommended derma-planing and a chemical peel. I did feel totally relaxed at one point, but she shocked me out of that with an "anti-aging" zap from a laser device that really hurt, and my face stayed red for the rest of the day. They spa plans that sound like a deal, but they can include *monthly* abrasive facials, chemical peels, and anti-aging treatments that most dermatologists wouldn’t recommend. There are no proven long-term or anti-aging benefits to a facial, so the aggressive plans felt a little unnecessary. There is was a 6 month minimum lock in on these plans. A couple of small environment issues stood out — the water dispenser wasn’t producing hot water and clearly indicated a needed filter change, and the trash can was wedged in so tightly that it makes a slow grating sound as it struggles to close. I mentioned the lack of hot water at the tea station to staff at the time. These are easy fixes, and they don’t change my overall impression, but they did catch my attention. Overall, the staff was kind and the experience wasn’t bad — just a mix of relaxation with a few things that didn’t quite work for me.

I have been to the Health & Wellness Clinic for several treatments with Connie and every experience has been perfect. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. There has been little to no wait, the clinic is clean, and staff is friendly. My treatments were exactly as described with no surprises. I highly recommend this place for your treatment needs.

I lost over 100 pounds in seven months because of the Ozempic that they administer. The packages they offer are very affordable because they'll let you make payments on them, which is very nice if you're on a budget. They offer red light therapy, which helps your skin when you lose weight and your skin starts to sag a little. It's amazing. Oh, and there's a spa in there too! When you need a wax, there is an aesticician on duty to help you out with your needs too. This beautiful spa is a one stop shop where you can come and relax, unwind, and get your body recharged and taken care of. Because we women deserve it. Come on in ladies!

If you’re looking for a great chiropractic experience you’ve found the right place. I started going to Connie about 3yrs ago. She’s never pushy about how often I should come in. So, I’ve never felt like she’s just in it to make money like others I’ve been to. I always feel like I get personalized services and she takes time to figure out my trouble spots and spends extra time any time I need it. She’s also so friendly every time so I feel like I’ve made a new friend. Clinic is always clean. Staff is always friendly. I haven’t tapped into them yet but I know they also offer many other services like massages, Botox and waxes. It always takes me courage to go to a chiropractor for the first time so I’m so thankful to have found The Health and Wellness Clinic!

I had a great experience with primary medical care at this clinic. Scheduling was easy, the staff was professional, and the provider actually took time to listen and explain everything clearly. The Health and Wellness clinic is a great spa with a ton of services, reasonable prices and kind staff! I've gotten massages and all kinds of facials and all are great and very relaxing. Nice environment and location too!
