Well maintained and fantastically accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna with a TV linked to my phone. Even had q-tips handy for the water in my ears after trying the plunge! Will be taking advantage of their two-week members package over the summer, after the weather evens out a bit

I came in for my intro session this morning, and Bailey welcomed me and gave me a tour. The facility is very clean and I love that you get your own private suite! After the hour in the suite, there’s a beauty bar available with a Dyson blow dryer and straightener, which really added to the experience. Bailey was very friendly and made everything feel welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I waited to write this review because I wanted to give SWTHZ a fair chance. My first visit was at the Overland Park location and my second was at the Lenexa location and unfortunately the Lenexa location was no better. Both visits felt overly sales-driven and pushy, with a cliquey/catty vibe that didn’t match the "wellness" image. It was uncomfortable seeing managers hover and jump in to correct employees in real time, which made the whole experience tense instead of relaxing. On my first visit I forgot my water bottle and an employee offered me a water. A manager waited until she thought I was out of earshot and sharply told the employee I had to pay for it. I didn’t mind paying it was the rude tone and how it was handled that made me uncomfortable. I also noticed the staff seemed less diverse than expected compared to other wellness businesses, which stood out. Great concept, but the culture at these locations ruined the experience. I won’t be returning.

Well....there's something new and exciting st Overland Park. How about heating up in sauna and plunging into ice cold bathtub right after and taking a vitamin C shower. That is a quite unique experience. I thought it's not particularly my cup of tea coz I'm a warm person but...it was the best my overworked body felt after my first session. Give a try folks. The facility is beautiful and staff is very helpful.

Must go! Highly recommend going here! Its top notch! Super nice. The people are really kind. I went as a first time customer and got 1 hour in a private suite with a sauna, vitamin C shower and cold plunge. All the rooms are private if you are wondering. Go here for biohacking muscle recovery, or go here for a personal treat to yourself, or even a date night!

Beautiful, clean facility. Friendly and accommodating staff. A weekly routine I look forward to not only recover physically, but to escape mentally and rejuvenate in the private rooms. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience for me. I felt so relaxed after my session 🥰 I can’t wait to go back again definitely recommend this place to release work, kids and anything else that stresses you out. 10/10
