The Salt Room Orlando Day Spa

Booked two massages to celebrate a birthday and the staff were all very friendly and nice. There’s complimentary coffee, water, and tea available. The kids salt room was super adorable and I’m looking forward to booking a salt room session for my little ones. The salt room for adults was also cute and unique. My bf’s mom had a wonderful massage with her therapist. I unfortunately did not have the greatest experience with my therapist, but it was an overall great experience at the salt room. I would probably come back and just request a different therapist.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am giving The Salt Room a five-star review based solely on the exceptional services I received from Odessa and Erica. The lymphatic drainage massage with Odessa was exactly what my body needed—I felt amazing afterward, and she was incredibly educational throughout the service, which I really appreciated. My microdermabrasion facial with Erica was equally excellent, leaving my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and healthy. Hayden at the front desk was also wonderful—very helpful and accommodating. I was traveling and in between resorts, and she kindly stored my luggage during my services, which made the experience even more stress-free. The salt room itself was a really nice touch as well. A couple of small suggestions that could enhance the experience even further: offering robes that comfortably fit guests receiving multiple services, as well as larger lockers with hanging options. Folding clothes into a small cubby felt a bit inconvenient, and having hooks in the treatment rooms would have been helpful. It was slightly awkward trying to find a place for my clothes and robe when moving between services. Overall, it was a very lovely experience, and I would absolutely book again.

This is a stellar place! Very professional but friendly and calming in general. I got a one hour massage with Nyia, and it was excellent. She knows how to target areas where you have tightness or pain and works it out. The ambiance in the massage room is great, calming music, and lots of salt in the air (this did cause my nose to stuff up.. i was told that means I have mucus?) . They do promotions like $100 monthly subscription for two massages or some other options.. they have a salt playground for kids, sitting rooms with salt, all kinds of services! I'm looking forward to coming back - very natural and healthy. Kendal and Vanessa were both very helpful and friendly as well at the front desk

I have been going here for years to get my massages and facials with Annette. This place is so peaceful, calm and clean! I consider myself a spa junkie and have had massages and facials in the ritziest of places, yet nothing compares to Annette. She does it all from Swedish to Lymphatic, Vibrating Bowls, Cupping, Deep tissue..Amazing Annette is what I call her. My entire family - even college boys - go to her. I had an injury recently and she helped me more than my physical therapist! If I could give 10 stars for Annette I would.

I have been looking forward to trying out the Salt Room for awhile now. I finally had time to schedule a salt room session and a sports massage with Adrianne. I am excited to book future salt room sessions and see what respiratory benefits come from it as an allergy sufferer. I also appreciate Adrianne for providing customized service with the massage and listening to my concerns. I'll be booking with her again. I am also looking forward to trying a facial at some point soon and the Salt Room's additional services!

This is my first experience at the salt house thanks to gift certificates from my niece. I chose a facial and Erica was my aesthetician. She was very considerate of my allergies and made accommodations with the lotions, etc., that she used. I will definitely be back. I also got a tour of the spa and I’m going to try a massage in a salt room environment. Front desk staff was very accommodating with assisting me.

The Salt Room is an easy 5/5 stars for me. I come here regularly for massages and always have an amazing experience—Odessa and Kim are both fantastic and really listen to what you need. I also love taking advantage of their monthly deal and using the salt room and sauna when I can. I’ve had a facial here as well that was really good. The whole staff is kind, professional, and the space always feels relaxing.
