Oh my Goodness: I went here today with my husband for our anniversary. It is an amazing place, amazing 90 mints. deep tissue massage with Angel D. and great staff. We were welcome with a glass of Wine, we sat by the tea room and the lighting was incredible, so relaxing enjoying my wine with my hubby.💕💕💕I left the place like new 😀

By far my favorite spa to come to! Every person who works there is so kind and helpful from the front desk ladies to my esthetician, Nicole, who provides the best quality service every time and information about products for my skin. Nicole is my primary reason I continue to return to this location, and I find comfort in how confident and knowledgeable she is about her field. I will say that this location is very well kept and everyone is friendly and attentive which is why I’ve made Allora my home spa. Really great job all around!

I booked and paid for a 90 minute massage, but the actual massage lasted only 60 minutes - the therapist came into the room at 12:20 and she stopped at 1:20. I mentioned this at the front desk afterward, but the concern didn’t seem to be taken very seriously, which was disappointing given the price and expectations. During the massage itself, the therapist also attempted a chiropractor-style neck cracking that I did not request and found uncomfortable. While I understand techniques can vary, this was unexpected and not something I personally associate with a relaxing spa experience. Overall, I was looking forward to a calming and professional visit, but the shortened service and lack of concern afterward left me feeling let down.
