If you want to feel refresh, relax and restored visit this place. I had the best experience with my best friend for her birthday. The atmosphere, scrub, mud wrap was heavenly. All the staff where friendly and helpful. The decor made feel like I was in Morocco. This spa is a must try!!!!!

I had an amazing experience with my massage and body scrub. The therapist was incredibly attentive and thorough, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I left feeling completely refreshed and renewed. The staff was exceptional as well! They were warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. This was easily one of the best spa experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be returning. The tea was AMAZING!!!

I recently visited Royal Mansour Moroccan Hammam in Orlando and had an amazing experience from start to finish! Their team welcomed me warmly, guided me through the luxurious Moroccan-style space, and made me feel pampered the entire time. The hammam treatment itself was divine it’s a full body exfoliation with authentic African black soap, a clay mask application, and a gentle scalp massage. I felt totally refreshed and glowing afterward. Their staff was attentive and professional to ensure my comfort. The ambiance is beautiful! Intriguing Moroccan décor, calm lighting, and a tranquil lounge where they serve soothing tea after treatments. It truly feels like a slice of Morocco right here in Orlando. I also appreciated the variety of packages they offer (from hammam + facial combos to more indulgent wraps and deluxe options) so you can tailor your visit. Their policies are clear and fair too — they ask you arrive early, they provide robes and slippers, and explain cancellation rules. (They request 24 hours notice to cancel and hold a 20% deposit when booking.) If you’re in Orlando and want to treat yourself — whether after a long trip, a day at the parks, or just as self-care day — this is the place I’d confidently recommend. You’ll walk out feeling renewed, relaxed, and glowing!

Update to owner’s response: Instead of apologizing and just saying, we made a mistake sorry, they essentially are calling me a liar, so I uploaded the dispute screenshot along with a photo with timestamp outside the business. This is trivial, if you were going to respond to my review, simply say, we made a mistake with our scheduling, sorry. Buyer beware! They charge a 50% deposit when you book. I made an appointment at 10am and arrived 5 minutes early. The door was locked, at 10am the door was still locked, I tried knocking and nobody came. 10:05 I called them and no answer. 10:10 I tried opening the door, but still locked and I knocked and no answer. I called again at 10:15 and got their voice mail once again, so I said I have a 10am appointment, but nobody is answering the phone nor door, so I am no longer going to wait, so please refund the deposit that was charged. They never called back to leave a voice message and still charged my card. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was awarded in favor against this business. What a waste of time driving 30 minutes one way to get there, another 20 minutes of waiting there and then having to file a credit card dispute.

Oh man where do I start. Came to Orlando for a 40th Bday party the female host told us to bring some money for a surprise experience. We arrived at the Hamam a little late, which we apologized not knowing this would cut our time short since we had a large group. Did I Say GROUP, yes I did. It was about 8 or 9 of us. The room steam cleaning area has 3 tables so three people at a time, and while you wait you just sit on the bench close your eyes and let the steam do its Magic. The men, we went first. There was four of us. Long story short we hung out all week but didn’t really know each other. We walk into a a room with a shower a bathroom and lockers and change into either your own underwear or the underwear they provide, if you have super thick thighs pass and bring your own. ( this is for the men). We change wrap ourself in a towel and when ready they guide us into the steam area. Honestly, I feel that even though we didn’t know each other a small bond was formed in such a peaceful and tranquil setting it wasn’t only therapeutic but relaxing and just an all around safe space. There was a female I will call her Guam she was very nice you can choose to talk or stay quiet. One guy in our group just talked till I think he fell asleep. She was very funny and set the mood very welcoming there was another lady I forget her name and she was all the way on the other side. I heard the guy say "Damn I was that Dirty"… she made him a new man. We all got the scrub/ mud bath experience. We couldn’t complain. Once we were done we grabbed our towels headed across the rook and had tea. We chatted for a bit and then we had to leave the space for the ladies in our group to enter the space. Men this is a must. Go and get that scrub. This is self care at its finest. Thank You. And Don’t be like us don’t be late.

This was my first experience at a Moroccan hammam. I have been to a Finnish, Turkish and Korean saunas/ steam rooms. This was a great experience - I don’t not want to leave.. I will be back next month to Royal Mansour Moroccan hammam!

The hammam treatment was deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Hasna, the owner, is absolutely wonderful — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Her kindness and expertise made my experience unforgettable. You can feel her passion in every aspect of the spa. Highly recommend!
