My husband and I were able to get a last minute appointment after our usual spa had an emergency cancellation, which was nice. The experience wasn't great. It was weird being asked to pay first, and then asked to pay again for a tip after the massage, and I felt pressured into giving a tip for a service that I didn't enjoy fully. We were never asked what area's we wanted worked on, and there was no small talk for the entire 50 minute massage. The tables were extremely uncomfortable, without headrests or face pillows, and the sheets provided were short and very thin. The pressure started out fine, but kept increasing as the massage went on and I now have bruising on my shoulders/neck, as does my husband. My husband asked multiple times for lighter pressure, but the pressure was never changed. The room we were in also had a pretty bad odor, I'm not sure if its from the Mexican restaurant next door or if the bathroom fan vents into that room, but it was very unpleasant. The massage therapist left multiple times during my massage, and left the door open while I was exposed on the table as well, which left me feeling pretty uncomfortable. After the massage we were given TINY cups of room temperature water (less than 6 oz), which after looking at had dust/dirt floating in it. The overall experience felt pretty cheap, and I feel like the price wasn't worth the service we received and we will not be returning or recommending this place to our friends/family.

Oh boy! Where should I start!!!! Probably stating that ITS ALL MY FAULT for not reading the reviews first and not doing my "homework " on this shop! But been living with migraines for days and wanted some relief with a nice massage! Well, there was nothing nice about this place! Walking in I had a bad feeling…weird neon lights, a dark, smelly and dirty little place. I was asked to pay first then the massage. The lady with a very broken English started arguing with me about the price- wanted to charge me more than the price online and also wanted me to pay for a 90 minute massage instead of the 60 minute one. She walked me into a very small and dark room and told me and get on the bed. The bed felt like a piece of wood with one very thin sheet and no head rest pillow. Needless to say , it was pretty uncomfortable! I have/suffer with fibromyalgia, so I really cannot get a Deep tissue massage and I conveyed that information to the massage therapist. But not sure she understood nor cared about what I was telling her. She proceeded with very strong pressure on my neck as well my whole body. I have asked her several times to be a little bit more gentle and not so much pressure and she basically ignored my request. While I was on the uncomfortable bed fuming, she kept going in and out the room and talking to another coworker while I was On the bed butt naked! I don’t think I have never been so embarrassed at mortified because there were two other customers in the rooms next to mine that when they left, walked by my door while I was naked on the table and no sheet to cover me. I went on the bed with my underwear on- my level of comfort- but she pulled them all the way down and I was left on the table with the door open that way!!! Once the massage was over- first time in my life that was excited to leave a massage place fast, , she greeted me in the front asking for money for the tip. I am usually very generous when tipping but she did not deserve to receive a tip. I tipped her only 10% of what I paid for the 1 hour massage and she got very upset at me telling me I needed to leave her at least 25%for the tip. I feel as what I gave her was more than she deserved! She was upset with me and kept asking me to give her more money. I went in with a migraine and left the place still with a headache, very embarrassed and upset! Tomorrow I will definitely report them to BBB and possibly start a report with the Orem Police. I felt violated and exposed when left on the bed naked with the door wide open!!! If you are smarter than me and reading this review PRIOR from going, listen to me, run far far away from this "massage joint "! A waste of my money, disrespected, and humiliated!!!

I called at 1:40 and made an appointment for 6pm the same day. That was really convenient. Once we got there they made us pay before the massage and charged $2 extra for using a debt card. The sheet they use to "cover" you is short and see-through. The massage itself was amazing, even included hot rocks. However, they cut it short. It was only 45 minutes instead of the hour we asked for. Then when we went to leave the receptionist embarrassed us in front of the next people by asking us to tip. Overall it was a great massage but we won't be returning.

Lady at the desk was very rude. Either she should be fired or this lady's the owner. If this lady's the owner I would recommended going somewhere else. There's literally so many other SPA's in the area it's insane how many there are.

Cool to be able to walk in and get a good massage. Pros. She was really good. But if you want ppl to keep coming back. Small talk is nice. Like is this to rough or a bit deeper. I'm a big guy. So you might have to dig into me a bit. The walk in the back was great. I also recommend 90 min. But I wish they would ask questions first. I know I'm getting a full massage. But sometimes it's the neck more, or The upper back, or lower back. Sometimes it would help to stretch the person out as well. Overall I was satisfied.

I've been kind of skeptical of places with tinted windows but I have really bad neck, shoulder, and back issues. After 2 weeks of severe pain I was desperate for relief. I tried 2 other places who didn't take walkins (these guys do) and they were amazing! I'm amazed at the therapist's ability to apply pressure. I wasn't sure what to expect. It was different than going to like a usual American massage therapist (they use hot towels, different techniques, and 1 sheet instead of 2). I was taking medication for pain relief, using a tens unit only to have temporary relief and today for the first time in 2 weeks I actually feel better as if she was able to put my shoulder back in to place. I'll definitely be back again.

I made an appointment today at 5 pm for 6:30 pm and one for 7:30 pm for my husband and the person who answer the phone never told I needed to confirm my massage or my app will be cancel. At 5:30 they send me a message saying my app was cancel when I called to clarify this this lady hang up the phone on me without even listening to me. She had a Asian accent. So I called again to see if my 7:30 was still open, she hang up on me again! Great! I was trying to book a massage to relax and now I am in even more pain because of the Poot way I was treated and not professional and for sure no Poot communication but not communication at all !!!
