Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna Studio in Omaha, Nebraska is an amazing place! We absolutely loved the entire experience. The sauna itself was fantastic, the scheduling was super flexible, and having a TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and more was such a great touch. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit even better. We highly recommend Perspire Sauna Studio!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The vibe of the spa is relaxing. I love the customization of my alternative/mood lighting - especially when I need to recover from a workout or am struggling with a migraine. It's a perfect way to take some time for myself and just slow down for 40 minutes!

I have never done anything like this before and truly enjoyed the entire experience. I was interested in the detox effects. You're introduced with a quick tutorial of the room features and a beginner video before starting the session. What I noticed during the session was how much I was sweating. It was a clean sweat that left my skin extremely soft after a nice/cool shower. Highly recommend and will be fitting this into my weekly health routine. Thanks for a positive experience and education.

Great experience! I used this service to help with seasonal depression when it’s cold and dark out. The sauna was super clean and staff was kind! You can choose the temperature and there’s a TV to watch shows.
