Best sauna in Omaha! Super relaxing and Olivia was so helpful getting us into the sauna and checking us in. 10/10 recommend!!!

Can’t recommend Beem enough. Love the infrared sessions here; I go a couple of times a week and it’s always clean, relaxing, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I leave here somehow feeling both refreshed and relaxed. Such a respite in the winter months

This place was great. So relaxing. I bought a face mask (wore that toward the end of my time after my pores opened), read my book, even watched a little Netflix. It was very clean. The manager Kaylyn gave me a tour and was very informative and kind. I enjoyed the aroma therapy towel at the end. I would definitely recommend.

I love my sessions at beem! The staff is so friendly and attentive. The studio is always clean, and I love having a private room for the sessions. Online booking is super convenient, making regular sessions easy to work into my schedule.

I loved it! My first experience was amazing - the gentlemen that greeted me was pleasant and knowledgeable .. I worried I’d be too hot from the sauna but it was enjoyable. After I felt FANTASTIC! I set up a package to try it for a month! Then I had trouble booking and reached out - Kaylyn was extremely patient and responsive to my scheduling assistance!

The gentleman at the front was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time here. He gave me a tour and explained the differences. I did the 45-minute IR sauna. It was beastly hot and absolutely wonderful! I’m looking into getting a membership

Beem is amazing! I am loving my experience so far with their fantastic services to take the time to care for myself. I feel healthier and rejuvenated after each session. Kaylyn is so kind and knowledgeable with the research behind both their red light therapy and saunas. I enjoyed learning more about it and how it benefits me! The studios are very tidy and clean. The staff walked me through everything in each room on my first day. I 100% recommended Beem!
