Milla Beauty Lounge - Nail Salon & Head Spa in Omaha NE

I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit on their soft opening weekend. My shellac pedicure was relaxing and Daniel did a great job. He did a great job of asking my preferences, making small talk, but also letting me just sit with the ambiance. All the staff was so professional, helpful, and kind. I loved the surprise goodie bag I received as well. I recommend visiting Milan Beauty Lounge and I will definitely visit again!

Wow!! This is hands down the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The building itself is stunning: beautifully decorated, spotless, and truly luxurious. The customer service is outstanding! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I got a pedicure with Lauren, and she was amazing. My polish turned out perfect, and the service exceeded my expectations. I also loved how beautifully they display their products! It’s such a thoughtful touch. I’m completely blown away, and this is officially my new go-to nail salon!

This business is in a great location. I LOVE how clean everything is. Aesthetically pleasing and very beautiful salon. Everyone there was extremely kind and great to talk to. Massage chairs were awesome. Color choices for nails were really good. I enjoyed my pedicure and even for opening weekend everything ran smoothly. I was in on time for appointment. I do wish massage was a tad bit longer but for everything that went right I’m not going to complain at all. Overall great experience.

All over just an amazing place! NEW! CLEAN! GREAT ENERGY! I couldn’t ask for more! Lauren’s attention to doing my Acrylic set was amazing plus, amazing conversation. While Maddie really took her time on my pedicure and wanted to make it an amazing experience with whatever needs I may have! And finally management was amazing, very tentative and supportive towards the staff. Overall, 100 out of a 10!

I had the most wonderful first experience with a pedicure. It was relaxing start to finish. The staff were friendly and had great attention to detail. Fiona was very kind and I was very happy with her work. Lynn did my mom’s pedicure and was also great. I would recommend you any friend of mine.

Milla Beauty Lounge is gorgeous! I took my daughter for a pedicure and we were both impressed with the atmosphere and how helpful/friendly the staff were. Alice did a fabulous job! We enjoyed the experience so much I made another appointment for a manicure. We have been searching for a new nail salon and have found it in Milla Beauty Lounge.

This place is stunning. In both the aesthetics and the customer service. I came in for a scheduled combination brow appointment. But before this, I had a spectacular phone consultation with Thanh. She is amazing and walked me through all of the options available to me, the application process, healing process, and pricing. I felt confident scheduling the service with Fiona, who specializes in the brow type I chose. During my appointment, I was greeted at the door by Thanh. Was offered beverages. Signed a quick consent and was taken back to a beautiful private room. They again walked me through the entire process, answering any questions, and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. They numbed me up, did the mapping, made sure I liked what I saw, and off we go! Both Fiona and Thanh made sure to ask repeatedly during the session if I was okay, if I was comfortable, or if I needed anything. I was able to take breaks whenever I needed them. The end result is beautiful and I feel so much more confident now. I was again walked through the healing process and was provided with a bag with all needed items for healing. I also got a goodie bag which is always appreciated! ❤️ 10/10 Thank you Fiona and Thanh! Side note: Make sure to follow instructions! I did not eat beforehand and paid for it with nausea and dizziness. 🤦‍♀️
