Professional and excellent service at reasonable rates. My massage was just what I needed to destress. I didn't even tell the masseuse and she addressed all of the problem areas including key lymph nodes. I couldn't have asked for a better session. Highly recommended.

I work in this area and have been to this spa a few times before and have gotten fantastic service. There is a young man at the register who is very straight-forward with prices and service, and the massage therapists always listen to my needs (I had a back surgery so you need to go gentle with me!). Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience this afternoon with an aggressive older woman who would not listen and I had to interrupt her massage 3 times and ask her to go softer. It was only a 20 minute massage and most of it was painful, I did not feel relaxed afterwards. I went there with a friend and she was going to add the tip for us and this lady rushed when we were paying at the end and kept raising her voice and aggressively demanding a tip. When my friend entered the tip for the two transactions (mind you, the guy was not there this time, it was a younger woman who felt intimidated by her), she kept yelling 'TIP!' and then stopped me and demanded a tip. I tip, but I believe/HOPE customers are still allowed to customize tips and they are also, believe it or not, not an obligation, certainly not a moral one with that nerve to be aggressive and rude towards customers as if they were 'getting away' with an unfair bargain. The $2 fee for paying with a card instead of cash also feels misleading and old-fashioned, and I don't remember paying for this before. I know times are tough but instead of advertising for a $25 massage, just be honest and say it's a $35 massage ($2 for using a card, $8 for the high percentage tip you expect). I felt uncomfortable and I don't think I will be going back. I don't like being ambushed by someone who feels entitled to tips and I also feel embarrassed that I overhyped this place to my friend and told her what a great experience she would have.. only to experience an employee's meltdown over a tip, after not even giving outstanding service.

Staff friendly . Professional. Attentive!! Staff asked how you feel ? . I respond perfect. She provide full coverage considering her technique. Massage my neck back shoulders arms, feet. Fingers ,etc… from beginning to end . She was very firm then gentle . While also being considerate of your feeling , constantly checking in . ( using hot rocks ) great time . Best service so far . Very next young women at the register also .They even provide me a bottle of water (8oz) & discount off my next visit . Thank you so much will come again!! 😊

I didn't have much cash for a big tip, but the staff's service attitude was professional and kind regardless. My massage with Andy was incredibly comfortable and eased all my muscle tension. Plus, the facial gave me an immediate glow—great beauty results! Highly recommend this top-notch spot.

When I called to make the appointment, I was told one price over the phone. However, when I went to pay afterward, I was suddenly told a higher price. I had brought enough cash for the amount I was quoted plus a 20% tip, but when I handed the money over, the man at the counter seemed very upset and even demanded a larger tip. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The massage itself was fine, but the poor communication and pressure at the register completely ruined the experience. Upon reading more reviews, this seems to be an ongoing problem!

Avoid this place at all costs!!! They lied about the price. They said it’s only a $2 tax on cards. When given the price, they charged me $9. When I confronted the cashier about it, he pretended he wrote the wrong number, clicked some buttons on his machine, and then wanted to tax me $7 instead. Then had the audacity to ask me how much I wanted to tip. I paid whatever he wanted me to pay, but I’m never coming back. It’s a shame because the massage was good and I would’ve been future business. But instead they are going to get a nasty review.
