Absolutely fantastic service. We did the couples massage, Mani and Pedi package. Erika did our toes, while a very sweet lady who owns the salon did our nails. We were offered Mimosas and water while they did our service. Really great job. But the massages, oh the massages. Let me tell you, they were soooo worth the price. Tom did mine and my feet were so sore from walking and teaching. He had me so relaxed and ready for a nap. He is absolutely phenomenal. The very very nice lady did my husband's massage, and while she introduced herself, my darling husband does not remember her name. What he does remember is she made his shoulder feel so wonderful. I would absolutely recommend a package here.
Always nervous about getting a massage at a new place - but I needed one, so I gave it a try. So very glad I did. A fabulous deep tissue massage by Johanne (not sure if the name is quite right, but she was awesome). I get massages frequently and this was one of the best I've had. And at a very reasonable price.
In town visiting for a nursing conference at the convention center with my mom. Googled local salons and called today 10/16/25 at 222pm to see if they could take us as walk ins for two pedicures, two manicures and two massages. Arrived at 244pm I first had a massage with Jay he was very professional and the best part of the entire experience. I then went downstairs to receive mani & pedi. I first asked if they do designs on manicures they said no. I then asked for regular polish on my feet and for a new acrylic full set on my hands with regular polish. They said they could only do regular polish on my hands and not acrylic. I asked for part fin wax and callus remover. They did not apply veranda wrap to let the callus wrap soak on the heel surface first to be able to properly file off the dead skin with a pumice stone when I asked them if they could they said "no we have it in this bottle" they then just put the callus remover on my heel directly and filed. I asked the technician to take the builder-gel that I had on my two big toes off, to be able to then paint the polish. In stead of properly soaking the nail with a drenched cotton ball in acetone and wrapping in foil paper to slowly file with a manual file or a electric file to prevent damage they ripped my entire nail off of my right big toe and posing me to risk of skin infection from bacteria. They then tried to pick up the builder gel shape that they just ripped off of my toe recklessly and said "I’ll get gel and gel it back". I told her "No I don’t feel comfortable you doing anything else to me and I am leaving. I spoke up and the owner was so unprofessional and began yelling from the other side of the salon over the blow dryer while she completed another styling service saying "that’s what you asked for" and not once did she apologize or offer any kind of help. I refused to pay for the service and did not finish my manicure or pedicure or have my hands or feet painted. I paid for my mothers services $140 as quoted for the 50 min massage and $60 mani & pedi combo regularly polish. I paid $90 for my 50 min massage and $25 for the unfinished manicure. I refused to pay for the pedicure and the owner attempted to go back and forth with me to state that I was told they couldn’t do acrylic but still asked and that’s what I wanted when I in fact never stated I wanted acrylic on my toes I actually said I am a registered nurse and on my feet all day when I work 12 hours shifts and my feet hurt so I want my nails cut down, my ingrown toe nails on my big toes clipped and the builder-gel nail hardener filled down on my big toe to not be so thick and cause pressure in my shoe. NEVER DID I SAY OR GIVE PERMISSION TO USE INCORRECT TECHNIQUES TO REMOVE GEL AND RIP OFF MY BIG TOE NAIL AND DAMAGE MY NAIL-BED. I now have to wait to go back to Los Angeles and pay more money to get this fixed. I would never recommend this business to anyone not even my worst enemy because if you go there you will regret it just like I do now. It’s the worst pedicure and customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s one thing to not be skilled at a service but it’s another thing to incorrectly do a service knowing you are not skilled or certified to do so. The worst part is the customer service, I was not apologized to by the technician or the owner. Instead I was yelled and blamed as if I asked for it. Please do better because I have never be so dissatisfied and disappointed. I wear open toed shoes in Los Angeles on my day off of work but now have a toe that might get infected if I don’t pay extra money at a better salon to fix immediately.
I had a great experience with my small group of 3. They did a perfect job on my pedi/mani. I also received a blow out that lasted 3 days. It was reasonably priced and in a great location.
Decor is a bit dated however the owner is friendly and welcoming. She brought us mimosas. I had a gel pedicure and my friend got a spa package for a mani, pedi and massage. Their prices are reasonable. I enjoyed my pedicure and my feet looked great when she was done. We were able to book a same day appointment, which is a big plus as we were only visiting for a few days. The salon is a short ride from the french quarter.
The owner, Hoa, is the best! I won’t let anyone else touch my hair. She’s friendly, efficient, and detailed. I find my color is richer and lasts longer when she completes compared to other stylists I’ve seen in the past. 10/10 recommend!
I couldn’t have pick a better place for my first spa day. They offer mani -pedi and massages. My massage from Jave was phenomenal. He has great technique and knowledge that makes the massage even better. My nail tech was soo sweet and she really made me feel taken care off. I can’t wait to come back to Nola for my spa day
