MELT WELL Sauna & Plunge Studio

I absolutely love this place! I've only been a few times, but each visit has been nothing short of wonderful. The contrast therapy is simply amazing, and I always leave feeling like I'm on cloud nine. The place is incredibly clean and inviting, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. I can’t wait until my next session!

Isabell is gem! Always so pleasant, welcoming, upbeat, and personal! I truly enjoy her energy at the front desk! Anytime I’ve had an issue or any feedback on my experience, it was met with a favorable resolution. I definitely have been enjoying my membership!

Great staff! Great facility! I used Melt sauna to help me train for my first Ironman in May 2025. Worked great! Now I use it for cardiovascular and psychological benefits. I’m a primary care practitioner in New Orleans and I recommend Melt to all my patients.

Favorite days of the week is coming here. Feel great after every time. Staff is great, especially Isa. She goes above and beyond each time and makes every visit perfect

The entire checking in, checking out and paying process was very simple and fast. The worker was very welcoming helpful and kind I forget her name but she said she was starting college in a few months, she was great! Also I’ve been to similar businesses but this one had speakers in the sauna connected to the tv so I was able to do a 20min meditation In the sauna! Great experience!
