Massage Envy

First visit here after my relocation from Indiana. I’ve been a massage envy customer for many years. Zach was AMAZING. He has healing hands and was polite, respectful and pleasant to talk to. Front desk were great too! Decor is a bit tired compared to some other locations, but overall and excellent experience!

Went to my massage 1-9-25 had the masseuse Brittany. Worst one i have ever had. She was cracking her joints all throughout the massage. All over her body, stopping to get her legs and ankles. I could hear the employees is the back laughing so loud. It was gross and disturbing listening to the cracking of bones and joints. How dare they charge over $100 to deal with loud noise and bad masseuse. Ridiculous. Go to the one in Manchester, they are professional and amazing masseuse. I will never go to Nashua Massage Envy again.

Just had the best massage with Zach. He is professional, kind, thorough and an amazing therapist. Massage Envy is fortunate to have him on staff. This was my first experience there and it was extremely positive. I look forward to scheduling again very soon!

Murielle Richard, the esthetician for the facials at this location is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I originally booked the Red Light Facial but after speaking to her about my concerns I wanted to do the Microderm Infusion. She put my mind at ease, letting me know each step through out the process and also giving me tips on how to get and keep the results I wanted at home. She is truly a master of her craft and she genuinely cares about her customers and their skin, she is not going to try to upsell or pressure you into products or services you are uninterested in or do not need. She wants to help you be the best you. I left there feeling refreshed, bright and confident. I will definitely be booking my facials with her for the next year and a half while I can because she is moving home to Paris in 2027 so BOOK HER WHILE YOU STILL CAN!! She is amazing and you will not be disappointed!

Bridget was great! She listened to my specific needs and gave a wonderful massage. The front desk reception was very thorough in explaining how I could transfer my membership to them and allow me to schedule my hours I had accrued over the past months due to the pandemic. They were very concerned in keeping customers happy and I in turn want to help keep businesses in return. Thanks and I'm looking forward to my next massage with Bridget!

I had a massage with a therapist who had 8 yrs experience? It was a below average massage. It felt as though she was a novice. Technique, flow and rhythm was sloppy... lackadaisical. I wanted to end the session mid way through. Don't see how she was given good reviews before, but I do not recommend her. She needs to be re-trained or go back to massage school.

By far the very best facial service I have ever experienced with Murielle , my skin care specialist! The customer service is super and the clinic is immaculate! I’m so grateful to Murielle for her i I’m kindness and expertise and for making a wonderful improvement in my skin! Victoria is fabulous for scheduling my appointment with her and I highly recommend this clinic for all your skin care! Completely satisfied and so grateful to these ladies! I can’t say enough to compliment them 👍💕
