Instead, I found something strangely… impressive. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with a warmth that almost made me reconsider the randomness of existence. They were genuinely friendly, present, and welcoming — which is more than I can say for most encounters drifting through the void of suburban wellness. The infrared sauna was a quiet, glowing chamber of temporary purpose. The Vitamin C shower misted me in citrus like a gentle reminder that entropy, while inevitable, can at least smell pleasant. And the cold plunge? A bracing jolt that reminded me I still inhabit a body, however briefly. Each element worked exactly as advertised, which feels miraculous enough. There’s even a hair styling bar for after your session — an unexpected touch of civilization. Though it wasn’t offered to me, perhaps that’s simply how things go sometimes. The universe gives what it gives. I grabbed the Black Friday deal: four sessions for $99, which feels like an ideal exchange rate for momentary relief from the infinite. Sweat House Naperville is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff (Eva) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive — she took the time to explain everything, making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect during my first infrared sauna session. The private sauna suites are super clean, cozy, and modern. I loved the ability to watch Netflix or listen to music while detoxing in peace. The vitamin C shower and cold plunge bath were added bonuses. It was the perfect way to unwind, sweat out toxins, and reset both mentally and physically. After just one session, I felt lighter, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Highly recommend Sweat House Naperville for anyone looking to prioritize their wellness in a peaceful, upscale environment. I’ll definitely be back!

Staff was super friendly and inviting, they offer cold compresses, free flavored water. The room was nice and clean and included a nice sauna with TV and music. The shower is vitamin D infused and the cold plunge is just what you would expect nice and cold! They have a hair style bar in the back after your session to blow dry and style your hair. Overall amazing experience and highly recommend, well worth the price if you plan to use it often.

SweatHouz Naperville was my first private Contrast therapy experience, and I was not disappointed! The facility was extremely clean and well designed with each room tailored for recovery along with first class amenities. The infrared sauna and cold plunge combination felt great and going back and forth between them was something I was able to try for the first time. The vitamin c shower was nourishing as well and I was surprised how bright my skin felt after. Bailey was the attendant during my appointment and was highly knowledgeable regarding the facts around contrast therapy and what each tool in the rooms provides in terms of recovery and reducing inflammation. Overall I was very impressed with the facility and the staff, I will definitely be returning!

I had a very nice experience at Sweathouz. As a physical therapist, I have been appreciating contrast therapies for over 30 years. I had never been brave enough to try a cold plunge after a sauna myself until yesterday. It was definitely uncomfortable, but I managed to stay in for two minutes and repeated the cycle of sauna, shower and cold plunge three times. I felt great afterwards and bought my husband a membership for two months. The facility is extremely clean with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My fiancé and I have visited SweatHouz several times before and always enjoyed the space — it’s clean, relaxing, and we genuinely liked coming here. Unfortunately, our most recent experience left a completely different impression and has undone all of the goodwill we previously felt. My fiancé had called to schedule a single session for my birthday, something we’ve done before with no issues. Though I cannot speak to the exact wording used by the receptionist during that initial call, somehow my Fiancé ended up being signed up for a full monthly membership — $79 for the first month and then jumping to $159/month afterward. We typically only visit once or twice a month, so a membership doesn’t make sense for us, and she certainly would not have agreed to a price increase of $80 for the following months. When she realized what happened and immediately tried to cancel, she was told there was a mandatory two-month minimum and that she’d need to pay for two months before canceling. This was especially frustrating given that she never intended to sign up for a membership in the first place. After multiple attempts to reach someone who could actually help, we were told only the manager, Bailey, could correct the issue. Once we finally spoke with Bailey, she insisted that my fiancé had "signed a contract" (nothing was ever signed) and stated there was nothing she was willing to do. She also mentioned calls are recorded and could be reviewed (Weird unless this happens frequently) — but regardless of what was said on the call, the membership was clearly an accident. We were even willing to pay the initial $79 just to resolve the misunderstanding. We’ve been loyal customers who have regularly visited and recommended SweatHouz to friends and family. It’s disappointing to see how quickly that loyalty was dismissed over $159. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed how we view the business, and we’ll be sharing our honest experience going forward and won’t be back. The saunas themselves are very cheap and the doors don’t close well. Handles on the pocket doors are wack. Vitamin C Showers and the Plunge tubs are nice.

This was my first time and I love it. I workout often and this certainly helped me with muscle recovery and it was pretty relaxing. The place is very clean and staffs are nice. Highly recommend it!
