Spa Oasis in Naperville is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels incredibly tranquil, relaxing, and private. One thing we absolutely love is their couples massage room, surprisingly, many places don’t offer this, and it makes such a difference for a shared experience. My husband was initially hesitant to book a massage due to a bad experience he had years ago, but the staff made him feel completely comfortable and at ease. That alone speaks volumes about their professionalism and calming environment. We’ve visited several times now and have had different massage therapist each visit. Every single massage has been consistently excellent, which says a lot about the overall quality of the spa. It’s rare to find that level of consistency. We’re definitely becoming regulars. Highly recommend Spa Oasis if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing experience with exceptional service.

My husband and I frequently get the 90 minute deep tissue couples massage. I found this place when I lived nearby, and have since moved and drive extra time to come back, it’s that good.. the ladies are so very nice, the environment relaxing, and the massages excellent!! I have been to many spas through the years from chains to individually owned and this has been hands down the best massage I’ve had. We appreciate you and look forward to returning very soon!! Also the added coconut oil and hot stones are fantastic!!

The service here was really good from start to finish. I was greeted warmly as soon as I walked in and felt comfortable right away. The staff had a friendly attitude and made the whole experience easy and relaxing. They listened carefully to what I needed and were very attentive during the session. I never felt rushed or ignored at any point. Overall, the service felt genuine and thoughtful.

The outside of this place doesn't do justice to the high-caliber excellence within. When you step inside, it feels like a completely different place than the shopping center outside. The decor is lovely and the surfaces are spotless. The entire atmosphere is one of relaxation. But what matters most is that I received the best massage I have ever gotten—I’ve been going to places for years. I live an hour away and still plan to come back for my next massage. To top it all off, the prices are extremely reasonable.

I have been searching for an authentic Thai massage place near me. I’ve had Thai massages around the US and Thailand so I know what to expect. After reading a lot of reviews and menus from spas online, Spa Oasis seemed like they would be suitable so I booked 90 mins of stretching after a grueling week of work. I should have known when I walked in, saw a table and they told me to undress that what I signed up for was not what I was going to get. To quickly summarize my experience, I had about 15 minutes total of stretching on the table, a dripping oily Swedish massage, some too-close-for-comfort hand placement, and hot stones-which I didn’t ask for. The massage therapist, Beila, talked throughout the massage (after telling me to rest). When I went to pay, she said she needed a 20% tip because she gave me hot stones (again-not what I asked for because I don’t even like hot stone massages.) I gave her $24 and walked out feeling worse all around than when I walked in- not relaxed, taken advantage of, and on edge. The price was the only thing good about this place but for 90 mins, I couldn’t wait for it to be over and would gladly pay more elsewhere for something that I actually want.

The receptionist said they had open availability on the spot for a couples massage, and to please return. So, I went back to the car for my male partner. Upon both returning- two other people came out to take a look at us with discomfort. They then denied us services. No good. Bad experience. I don’t recommend. They discriminate here. No respect.
