I had a haircut today and loved it so much. Tiffany was totally understand what I want. She was polite and efficient. I was satisfied with my new hairstyle and had a wonderful experience here. Price for just hair cut is $40 before tip.

Got a haircut here by Soo and it wasn't a good experience. When I arrived, I had a rather uncomfortable hair wash which set a negative tone for the rest of the visit. For the haircut, Soo was friendly but was definitely rushing it as parts of my hair were very uneven after the cut. The real issue came during my haircut when another customer tried to get Soo’s attention. Instead of pausing the haircut, she turned away and accidentally scraped a chunk off my hair. That was negligent and unprofessional on her part as she could have simply stopped cutting if she wanted to respond to the other customer. Additionally the place wasn't very clean either with a very strong and unpleasant smell that filled the salon. It doesn't help that the price really doesn't justify the experience and what you get.

They allow walk in. Their service is excellent. They gave me the best haircut in years. Will go back again.

Terrible haircut, do not go here, they don’t even know how to cut Asian hair. They barely speak English and don’t know what is good for you. Haircut was just like greatclips, so go there instead for the cheaper price

I usually never write reviews but I was so furious about this place because they don’t know how to cut hair guys don’t ever go here I told them to just trim a little and thin it out and they cut it super short and leave no hair in the back the old lady there cutting hair have no idea how to cut hair and I am Korean and saying this

A bit overrated. I went to get magic straight and it turned out bad. Overall my hair came out smooth and luxurious, but there were spots that were janky. I returned and they tried to fix it, but the jankiness kept returning so I've been back 2 to 3 times for them to cut and fix. Hopefully, my hair will be back to its "normal" state after 1 or 2 more visits. But I have got to say, their customer service to fix their mistake has been amazing, which they should bc they did ruin my hair. Photos attached

I usually don’t write reviews ever, but I had to for this one. Customer service was terrible, and the service that I received which was shampooing was bad. $25 for shampooing and blow drying, and my scalp did not feel clean and was extremely itchy afterwards. The stylist spent 5 mins on the shampoo and the rest on blow drying. Overpriced and bad service. Originally, when we called, they priced shampooing, blow drying, AND trimming for $25. Came in and asked for trimming as well after shampooing, they said they would charge $50-$60 because trimming would be priced like a haircut. For my boyfriend, he asked for textured fringe but left with a bowl cut. Come at your own cost. Very displeased with the service. Service was horrendous
