A Luxurious and Relaxing Experience at Solaia Salon & Spa! This was my first time visiting Solaia Salon & Spa, and from the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat. Sidney greeted me with such warmth and made me feel incredibly welcome, taking the time to explain everything to me, which I truly appreciated. My massage therapist, Lashounda, was absolutely amazing! She took the time to go over all the details of my massage, ensuring I got the best experience possible. Her recommendation of CBD and hot stones was exactly what I needed—it made such a difference! I left feeling like a princess who had just indulged in the ultimate Self-Love & Self-Care experience. One of the highlights for me was the coconut lemongrass essential oil—the scent was beyond relaxing, and I fell in love with it instantly. Of course, I couldn’t leave without grabbing the body butter and scrub to take a little piece of the spa experience home with me! The atmosphere of the spa is clean, fresh, and incredibly inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind. I absolutely loved my visit and will definitely be back! Massage was great! Mechelle was very good with every aspect of the massage. I used a Groupon and no issues. Minus 1 star because I am a stickler for timeliness and I arrived 15 minutes before my 8AM appointment as per the policy and lights were off. The tech arrived after 7:50 and I was able to walk in around 7:56. The spa should have the lights on at least 20 minutes before the first appt.

I saw Keith for the first time because I got a Groupon- I love being blonde - like a blonde that looks good on me - I have probably changed hairdressers 8-9 times in the last 15 years due to them quitting, relocating, not doing good work, ect. The last about 5 years I have gotten my hair done no one has noticed - and I only get my hair done like 3 times a year- Keith knows what he is doing - the color blonde he gave me I have never had- and EVERYONE noticed my hair. He is a genius when it comes to color because he is also a makeup artist so he knows the shades- I would recommend this place for sure. I went back after my Groupon- it wasn’t that terrible honestly I think the prices were just exactly average not to much though- I have had salons charge more! And I was just as happy as the first time!!!!!! The color is extraordinary 💙

Lisa, Sandy, and Alexis are the best. Atmosphere and ambience is a perfect 10. Thanks Danielle for introducing me. Made a new friend Edlin 💕 first facial by Sandy was phenomenal. 🧖🏾‍♀️ My face feels soooo good. Alexis, your drinks are the best. 🍹 Lisa, mani & pedi are such relaxing and feels so good. 💅🏾🦶🏾You must check them out! Won’t disappoint.

The salon is lovely and they make you feel so welcome. Carla is great and did a fantastic job on my hair; I felt like a new woman leaving the salon.

First time there was good, but this visit was horrible. Hair not done per the consultation and notes, despite charging an additional $100 more than what was told at consultation. Keith then preceded to blame us and argue that you didn’t say you wanted that, despite the fact it was written in the few notes on consultation quote.

Very disappointed. Be cautious if you’re purchasing or using a Groupon here. It felt like the service quality was completely different just because I used a Groupon gift card. The treatments were rushed, poorly done, and nowhere near what was promised. I left feeling frustrated instead of relaxed — definitely not the experience I expected for a birthday gift.
