This experience was wonderful start to finish, and every step in between. I purchased a used spa that was sitting at another store in a different city. Dani Bell was very helpful and adaptable to everything I wanted (and needed) to know and, educating me on options, comparisons, and the process. Hot Tub Johnny and others added to the great communication after the sale. They kept me informed to all the details of preparation, status of transferring it to our area, and final setup and maintenance. The delivery crew were careful and precise and did a final check and educated me further on operation and care. I'm extremely satisfied with this experience and am enjoying my new (to me) hot tub.

Great experience before and after the sale with Cameron at Snake River! You might be able to find a slighter cheaper deal somewhere else but (I now know) owning a spa requires a lot of learning and help to get the water balanced and dialed in. Cameron and the Snake River team has been super helpful in the whole process. Would highly recommend!!

Great store the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. We get our water tested and chemicals from them. They have a floor full of hot tubs and pool supplies. So glad they are here in Nampa.

We recently purchased a Caldera hot tub from Snake River Pool and Spa in Nampa and are thoroughly enjoying it. Dani was a pleasure to work with. There was no sales pressure or stress involved. We were searching for a smaller hot tub (Caldera Celio) and Dani mentioned that they had one that was last years floor model. It was a little less expensive. She saved us money and gained a Snake River customer. The young men that set it up were kind and efficient. Thank you for the great experience. We are really enjoying our Caldera hot tub!
