I recently visited this shop with my wife, and we were both impressed by our nail tech, Bree. She offers a range of services tailored to meet the needs of both men and women. I struggle with dry, cracked hands, and she worked wonders on them, recommending treatments that significantly improved their condition. My wife loved her manicure as well and appreciated the personalized attention. Bree took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Booked a appointment and it got approved and cancelled in the same day found out cause I said " I'll see you then love" was told she doesn't accept anyone calling her love and cancelled my appointment. There is no rule on the page that says freedom of speech not tolerated address everyone accordingly. She could of told me that she does not like being called love and address her by her name if I failed to comply I completely understand cancelling the appointment but this was a one time interaction over text so I don't see the issue. I am Marco Polo I didn't lie or falsify my name Yes you do have a right to refuse service but there's also a courtesy of letting somebody know hey this is what you did if you do it again this won't work it's simple and if I would have booked a male you're right I would have called them bro until I knew their name and they knew mine. I'm from the south like a lot of the rest of you and you guys know that we use honey darling love and it doesn't mean anything it only means something if you take it the wrong way for whatever reason you did. No worries I won't waste any of my money with you guys just like you won't offer me your service properly whenever I did nothing wrong and you say sorry that the visit didn't go well you don't seem that sorry but I do understand having your employees back. the problem is is y'all have nowhere posted that somebody can't say love honey darling stating it's unprofessional. I'm coming into to get work done by who I thought was a professional I am not the professional your masseuse is supposed to be. I don't like how you tried to Make it like I won't treat a male like a woman cause your right I wouldn't just like I don't treat woman like they are man as the owner you need to do better.
