LeBella's Day Spa

I had a mixed experience at LeBella’s Day Spa. While visiting home for Christmas, my main goal was to enjoy a 90-minute treatment, which I specifically confirmed multiple times when booking over the phone. I booked the 90-minute facial, massage, and foot wash combo, but the actual treatment lasted about 65 minutes. When I brought this up to Victoria, she told me I was booked for a shorter (70-minute) service—even though my session still ended earlier than that. I’m fairly certain Victoria was the person I originally booked with, as she has a very distinct voice and even expressed excitement that she had availability for a 90-minute service. The situation felt misleading, and I was given inconsistent explanations, including blaming Groupon, despite the fact that I did not book through Groupon. Bottom line: my appointment was cut significantly short, and after reading other reviews, it seems this is a recurring issue. If you book here, be aware that you may receive much less time than what you scheduled and paid for. That said, the quality of the service itself was great. I enjoyed the different elements of the treatment, and Victoria is very skilled at massage. If the business were more consistent about delivering the full length of services promised, this would be a fantastic spa.

Victoria is amazing! Very professional and made me comfortable right away. My facial was fantastic and the massage was even better! My back feels better than it has in a long time! My face feels so clean and moisturized and just fresh! I will definitely be back! Thank you Victoria!

I am so beyond glad I found this place off of Groupon! I have only had one Brazilian wax before, and all I could remember was how extremely painful it was, and my fear of how bad it was going to be the next time I went! (The first time was at a different salon out of Norman!) I probably would have not went back to get another one with the exception that I needed to get waxed for an upcoming photo shoot! So I booked a half leg, underarm, and Brazilian wax! Let me tell you! NIGHT AND DAY difference in service and pain level! I was so comfortable and impressed by her that I have already booked my next session for all 3 again! If you need a wax, go here! I believe her name was Victoria! (Please forgive me if I am wrong! I will update her name if I am wrong!) She is fast, is very comforting, and tells you what to do to make it leas painful! (Believe me when I say her techniques work!!) She is absolutely AMAZING!!! She has me as a new client for sure!!!

Enjoyed my Time Out Package! The massage and scalp treatment were awesome but the facial was AMAZING! I never knew what my face really needed and she took the time to educate and get me in the right direction. Love how my face feels! Thank you Victoria!

My husband gave me a gift of a massage and facial here. It was a wonderful experience! The masseuse made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was friendly and accommodating the whole time. Overall, I really enjoyed the massage and facial! I would love to come back again!

Love this place! Cute little whole in the wall that takes you to a realm of relaxation. Awesome staff, my beautician was excellent. I Got a Brazilian which was the least painful it’s ever been. Nervous about Covid? These ladies are very clean, she wiped everything down in disinfectant prior to my service. I will definitely make this place my regular.
