Spa at Montgomery

From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. The spa area was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could possibly need. My massage was completed by Shemeka, who was exceptionally kind and attentive. Her attention to detail was outstanding, and the massage itself was absolutely fabulous. I truly enjoyed my experience at Spa @ Montgomery and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating visit.

I had such an amazing spa experience. I received the best massage ever. The masseuse Daynette was so kind, patient, and understanding with me. She expedited impeccable customer service on top of the massage therapy. I am very impressed with her doing with the whole staff. Everyone was welcoming and appeared to enjoy doing what they do. I will be returning again 😁.

While the lounge with sauna and hot tub are nice and the massage was great, this review is about the MASSAGE TABLE! I have had well over a hundred massages, all over the world, and this table blew my mind. It adjusts for your body. As in, there is a section that lowers so when you’re on your stomach, your chest isn’t squished up against the table! GAME CHANGER! I could have laid on that massage table for hours!!

I absolutely love this place, my therapist on my visit a couple weeks ago was Crystal and I vow to only book her every time I go. I had visited before and it was a good experience, but Crystal made it an excellent experience. Thank you for being so knowledgeable and professional with your craft. had the best spa experience here in MGM out of all of the RTJ spa trail locations. Aly was so amazing and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of during our experience. Dakota, my massage therapist, gave a 10/10 service. cannot wait to come back. amenities 10/10 food 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 & most of all hospitality 10/10 ❤️ thanks guys!

I have a membership at the Renaissance Gym and Spa, which has been so convenient while living downtown. Membership includes a monthly massage, which I take full advantage of! My prayers were answered today after meeting Crystal H, a massage therapist at the Spa. I suffer from chronic pain due to a sustained injury, and she has been the missing link while on my Health and Wellness journey. I appreciate the front desk for matching my needs with the perfect therapist! Her deep tissue massage was amazing and given with great care and consideration to my injuries. I left our session with immediate relief. I came straight home and finally slept for the first time in what felt like months… Highly recommended!

OMG THE spa was wonderful. My therapist was Daynette!! She was awesome. Got aches and pains that are sore spots and need them worked out? Or just want to relax and have a great experience. She is the one to visit!!
