This was one of the most uncomfortable and disturbing spa experiences I have ever had. I am a female client and was assigned a male masseuse ( short, bald guy, smoker- smelled his hands while he was working on my head). I was covered only by a towel, placing me in an inherently vulnerable position. During the massage, while he was working on my back, his groin area repeatedly made contact with my arms. I moved my arms multiple times to avoid this contact, yet it continued. At no point did he acknowledge or correct his positioning. When it came time to work further on my back, he asked me to remove my underwear. I clearly said no. Given the repeated boundary violations earlier in the session, this request felt highly inappropriate and alarming. Nothing about this massage felt professional, therapeutic, or safe. His technique, positioning, and behavior were intrusive and unacceptable. I left feeling violated rather than relaxed. This is not a minor complaint -- it is a serious failure in professionalism, client safety, and consent. Management should take this review seriously and investigate this employee's conduct. No client should ever feel this uncomfortable during a service that requires trust and vulnerability. Repeated complaints point to a serious problem--management is not taking necessary steps to safeguard their female clients

I’ve been here three times and unfortunately the quality is very inconsistent. For context I had been getting regular massages every year for 6 years. The first time here was great but the second two times were atrocious. The second time I had a male masseuse who made me feel sexually assaulted. He was touching me very inappropriately multiple times. I was in shock in the moment but didn’t say anything and feel that I should have reported him. I didn’t ask for the name but I remember he is bald. The third time, I asked for a female masseuse just to be safe and she was also untrained and unprofessional. She was massaging me in a very weird way, like rolling really hard on my shoulder blade or hitting my bones. She almost burned me with the hot stone. I kept giving her instructions the whole time hoping she’d get better. When she gave me a scalp massage she ended it by grabbing and pulling my hair, a move no masseuse has never made. It felt like I was in a cat fight. Immediately after my shoulder and back were stiff and in pain. My shoulder felt slightly dislocated. My arm was numbed after. It’s horrible to be honest. They should really select and train their staff better. If you feel like your masseuse is off, please speak up and don’t bear through the whole thing. You might end up hurting your body like me.

It was one of most disappointing massage I had in a long time. masseuse had no strength whatsoever and I felt no different pre and post session. I came with two friends and they felt the same.

Lina gave me the 1 hour foot massage and she did a great job. I do have to ask for her to go softer but she listened and made me feel very relaxed. I love this place and tell all my friends about it cause you will leave feeling relaxed and some pains better. Prices are affordable too :0) Their bathroom sign always cracks me up!

Will be back , my mom and I got a full 1hr massage and they really took care of us both . 10/10 recommend

Friendly professional service, clean, very relaxing . This will be my regular spa to come to relax.
