They were professional, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful visit. I worked with Josephine to go over details and different plans offered at their medical spa. She was very informative providing pros and cons for treatment and they are always willing to tailor to clients budget/needs. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking quality service and a friendly atmosphere 🙂

The staff here has been kind and patient with all of my questions, especially since it was my first time receiving any medspa treatments. They were also super knowledgeable and flexible. For example, I had a change of heart and wanted to exchange a treatment for something else and they were more than accommodating. Sheila was my nurse and she was so sweet and made the process way less scary than I had originally thought.

My monthly go-to medspa—obsessed with their Forma and Morpheus8. I have a pretty low pain tolerance, but their nurses are so considerate—they’ll extend the numbing cream time and even provide a pain reliever if needed. Such a relief for someone like me who’s not great with discomfort!

I was a returning customer but my last injector botched my lips. The initial look came out great but by the second day my bottom lip had hard bumps and unevenness which are not improving. It’s disappointing to spend money on a service and then feel worse then how you did coming in.
