I love everything about my experience here! The service from walking into the doors, the cleanliness, complimentary drinks, the time standards. All of it. Extremely well ran. Management is present, attentive and really sweet. The staff is well knowledgeable and experienced. EVERY single visit is TOP TIER.

I visited this location about 1-2 weeks ago for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. The lady who did my eyebrows was extremely professional and conversational. The lady who did my pedicure, on the other hand, didn't greet me. The lady who did my eyebrows directed me towards her. Anyway, I sit down, and we're quiet, which is fine, but the vibes are off. Almost as if the nail tech didn't want to service me. My shoes were tossed to the side. No questions, about the temperature of the water. Little things that can make a service go a long way. It didn't feel like a Toi Spa service, one that I'm used to anyway. A few days later, I'm checking out my toes and I have a blood clot and a few cuts from my pedicure.

Absolutely loved my pedicure experience! The place is stunning—beautifully designed, calm, and so inviting. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty, complete with a glass of champagne that made the experience feel extra special. The service was impeccable, incredibly relaxing, and so detail-oriented. My feet have never looked or felt better. Truly a little slice of luxury—I can’t wait to come back

Amazing first time getting a manicure at this salon. My technician Jasmine was very sweet and quick! She was very attentive of my cuticles and nail shape very well. I will be back!

Absolutely love this Toi Spa location!! Cyndi is the best, sweet, kind and does FANTASTIC work! This location is very elegant and classy, beautifully decorated and the entire staff is very friendly.

After a bad experience at another salon, Toi Spa Miramar was such a breath of fresh air! It was my first time there and definitely won’t be my last. Bao was so kind and got me in last minute, Bing gave me the sweetest gel pedi, and Cindy did an amazing full set. I loved the drink menu, the variety of polish, and how smooth everything went. Definitely my new go-to nail spot!

I had an enjoyable experience during my visit. I came in for a full set with a French tip design, as well as a pedicure with gel polish. My nail technician, Kelly, was very personable and kind throughout the service. I shared a reference photo of the design I was hoping to achieve, and while it was not an exact match, she made a genuine effort to accommodate my request and the results were "ok". I also enjoyed a martini during my pedicure, which contributed to the overall experience. I took off 2 stars because my results were different from my request, and for the price I was expecting more in quality. -1st photo was what I asked for -2nd photo is what I got
