Amazing. From the moment I stepped in, I was impressed. SumMerz spa has a relaxing and very clean atmosphere. Merzeena made me feel comfortable as she gave me a detailed description of the treatment and scalp analysis. The treatment itself was out of this world. My whole body just relaxed, even though my head/scalp was the only part being worked on. I was so relaxed that I was actually trying NOT to fall asleep so I can enjoy more of the bliss. At the end of the treatment, she went over the scalp analysis again to show me the difference between the before and after. It was really cool to see how fresh my scalp looked. She suggested some products but did not try to sell anything to me. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. I will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was beautiful and clean (I’m OCD with cleanliness so this was heaven) and the head spa service was beyond what I anticipated. Merzceena is the definition of elite customer service. She is professional, knowledgeable and above all genuine. My fiancé got me this experience as a gift but I will be returning without a doubt. Highly recommend. Decided to treat myself to this cute little head spa which was 3min from my house! I was the only one there, so it was nice to have that 1:1 interaction with Merzceena. She was very knowledgeable & recommended a few products for me which I will be purchasing. The spa was very clean & aesthetically pleasing! I got the ultimate head spa and it did not disappoint. I got a little massage & my body felt so relaxed literally from head to toe. The scalp treatment was nice, I got to see what my scalp looked like before, and after the treatment. Merzceena oiled, shampooed & steamed my head & my scalp felt brand new afterwards! This place is also hijab friendly! 10/10 will be going back! Tell your family & friends to visit Summerz Spa ASAP!

All the products smelled amazing and were clean, natural ingredients. The salon has a calm, serene atmosphere that made the whole visit even more enjoyable. I also appreciated that she offered thoughtful supplement suggestions without any sales pressure - a rare find in the Miami-Dade area. I walked in with a fresh steroid shot in my elbow. The pain was intense. Thought I’d just sit there like a zombie. I was going to cancel. But from the moment I walked my specialist was inviting and attentive. It was one -on-one attention and the space was my own and private, no one else permitted during the appointment . She kept enough pressure on my shoulders, and scalp that the pain wasn’t an issue. The oils smelled like amazing and the warm water rinse like someone turned down the volume on everything to the point where I fell asleep and practically forgot about my elbow pain. She was informative and really explained the scalp treatment and under the microscope showed all my follicles explaining patterns and color, etc. This is the place to shed the stress, treat yourself and your scalp and feel seen, comfortable, and secure with the private one-on-one treatment.
