Been coming here for a while now. Got their membership (an amazing deal for those who gets massage regularly). And I can say that this is a fine environment with a lot of professionals who know how to get it done. Thanks to Orlando who have been very attentive and very good at what he is doing. Would highly recommend this guy to anyone who wants to get their lower back/neck pain fixed or just to feel relief after a long days of working.

I had a very disappointing experience at MassageLuXe. My interaction with the manager or owner, Shania, left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. When I tried to address concerns about my appointment, her tone came across as dismissive and condescending rather than helpful or solution-oriented. Customer service is extremely important in a wellness setting, and unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a client. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope management takes feedback seriously to improve communication and professionalism moving forward. Shania dismissed my concerns and everytime I attempted to speak, I was told to be quiet. I had another problem with the other manager unsure of her name, but bald and also very condescending and assured my membership would be cancelled and it never was. They are liars and a scam, I do not suggest this business to anyone.

I loved this place, I highly recommend it! The facilities are very nice and the quito is super friendly. It is the best investment you can make in yourself to continue with your daily routines. I'll definitely be back!

I had an incredible facial with Angelina! She’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about skincare. you can tell she truly loves what she does. The facial massage was beyond relaxing — I almost fell asleep! My skin has never looked or felt better. Highly recommend booking with her!

Massage Luxe is a place worth getting one’s massage and facials in the midst of Downtown, Miami. The owner, Shania, is a professional person, yet, very friendly. Omar is an amazing massage therapist that helped me relax and take my stress out. I highly recommend Massage Luxe to all that desire a massage of first class.

Massage luxe downtown just reopen Friday Oct 10 2025 under new Management/owners. Based on the very unprofessional way that the previous owners stopped services, leaving clients like me with next day appointments scheduled, I had put a stop payment to my membership. The new management found a way to bill my credit card and when I called to ask for my membership to be canceled, it took 48 hours and 5 phone calls to get the manager to talk to me last night. She then agreed to cancel my membership but 24 hours later, she still hasn’t done so ( nor process a refund) They haven’t even been open for a week and are already showing clear signs of poor customer service. I would not recommend this place.
