Perspire Sauna Studio

Perspire Sauna has been an amazing experience for me. From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, calming, and welcoming. The staff Ilene or Elaine is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your comfort and wellness. Most importantly, I can honestly say how much better I feel since coming here. My body feels lighter, my stress levels are lower, and I leave each session feeling refreshed, relaxed, and recharged. It’s become an important part of my self-care routine. They have a genuine referral plan so please tell them Rochelle sent you! God bless and cheers to your health in 2026

My 1st experience at Perspire Cannon Beach was exceptional. The establishment was super clean and very relaxing. Upon check-in the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and explained the session / options & benefits thoroughly. I ended with the Sno Shower and will definitely be back for additional sessions!

This is a great place to recharge your batteries, relax, absorb the benefits of the red light therapy and perspire a lot, as the name of the store shows. They offer towels, a TV while you relax, a very quiet atmosphere and above all, a pleasant to deal with staff. It was easy to set up an appointment, find the location, get signed up and the truth is, it really relaxes you a lot. Take your water and electrolytes.

Pros: So I LOVE the offering at this studio. It's clean, and easy to book, and I love the ability to have a contrast sno shower after the sauna session. 5/5 stars for the facility/studio itself Cons: I have had some challenges with communication with the staff here. First misinformation about promotions and monthly pricing. I also have been erroneously billed for add-ons. I have also now been asked three times to sign an agreement, which they claim they don't have on file, even though I signed a copy and provided reference to this previously. They also closed early for partial weekend off for the holiday weekend (Labor Day)- but it wasn't posted anywhere when I was onsite a few days before the weekend, or any of their website details had updated hours for the holiday weekend. I just found out being unable to book a room for two days. The staff is nice, but from a customer perspective the communication has fallen short and feels a bit disorganized. Edit update 12/2: I gave an additional star to my review - I still have occasional billing issues here but Elaine is always so helpful to resolve them. She is the best!!

The Perspire Sauna in Cannon Beach is super clean and relaxing! They pay attention to details for clients and cleanliness, which is huge! The staff will accommodate flexible schedules if there’s availability too! Nice work team!

Excellent service! Can’t wait to try the cold shower since my regular location doesn’t offer them. Thank you to the Gentleman who provided excellent service the day I visited!

Perspire Sauna is amazing—great service, perfect for detoxing or when you’re not feeling your best. I’m so glad I live nearby!
