10/10!!! Planned a Bachelorette Party here. They were extremely accommodating and we received a very reasonable party package for 5 people. We all got a 50min massage, and a wellness treatment of our choice (I did the dry sauna). My masseuse was AMAZING. We did have to stagger the treatments for everyone due to limited masseuses that day. BUT we brought mimosas and a card game called "Asking For A Friend" (definitely a great way to pass the time). They also provided a cute seating area for us and provided champagne flutes. DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!! Thank you guys so much for having us!!
me and a party of five made the decision to go to the spa to treat ourselves for three of our birthdays and to relax. Aleeya (hope I spelled it correctly girl) Is so charismatic, welcoming and kind, her hospitality was top tier she made us feel so welcome. 🤗 My message was so peaceful, I was so in the clouds I can’t even remember my masseuse name please forgive me, you are great when I come back I would like to request her again…. I was so relaxed I was not sure how I was going to drive back home!!! overall 100-10 try them it’s an amazing experience!!!!!!
I did enjoy my massage here and also my facial. I think her name is Sasha, she was so sweet. The only problem I have is the front desk did not have the wow factor that made me feel comfortable. Compare to other places . She ask me how much tip I am leaving and I told her and she is asking me how should it be split. If I gave a tip why would you ask how would it be split I was a bit confuse cause a tip is a tip .I would go back but only because of the lady that did my facial but it was an uncomfortable experience for me so am really not sure if I want that experience again.
I arrived early since it was my first time visiting. The woman at the front desk was pleasant, though she seemed a bit distracted and didn’t really make eye contact. After filling out a form, I was taken to a dim, relaxing room that smelled amazing, such a nice touch. The esthetician who did my facial was incredibly sweet and friendly. However, I would have preferred a more silent experience to fully relax. She talked throughout the entire 60 minutes, which made it hard for me to unwind. After the facial, she strongly promoted the products, which came across as pushy and sales-driven. That part turned me off, especially since I had been considering signing up for a membership. The sales pitch made me reconsider. Additionally, there was a billing mix-up where they charged both the card I had on file and my credit card. Thankfully, they reimbursed me right away, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m giving this experience a 3 out of 5 due to the pushy sales approach from the esthetician, the distracted front desk staff, and the inability to fully relax during my treatment because of the constant conversation.
Everyone was super nice! The hydromassage was nice I have never done that before. I loved the massage therapist I had. She was really nice and checked in with me. Recommend going here. I want one of there neck wraps that felt really nice.
Took 3 days of calling to finally get an appointment booked. I would call, they would answer and immediately ask me to hold, then I'd be on the phone for 20 minutes, no one comes back, call again and they put me on hold again. After 4 attempts I finally got it booked, then when I showed up they sat me in the tranquility room and just left me there and forgot about me. Then at the end kept asking me how much gratuity I wanted to leave....Place is interesting....
I won the raffle and received 2 free services. I'd never tried anything like this establishment before. I had the brain tap, and though I dont notice anything unusual, good or bad it was interesting to say the least. I also had the hydromassage and I give that a hands down 10! Your basically on a massage bed but water inside of it is doing the massage work from your feet to your neck! You adjust the strength . It was so relaxing and actually worked through the repetiveness. Im satisfied with the experience!
