I have been seeing Kelly for over 5 + years. She is very detailed in her work, she takes the time to create a chart for you like what treatment was done and what treatment worked. she gives advice for at home facial cleaners or creams that work best for different skin types. Her technique is just so calming, relaxing, and thorough.

In my experience, it’s very challenging to find a qualified esthetician for skin care as opposed to a superficial spa-like experience. Kathleen delivered on everything I asked for, plus more. I was dubious that my pores would improve, but when I left my skin looked and felt amazing. Kathleen explains everything and she chose the perfect treatment for my skin. I was genuinely amazed at the difference one treatment could make. I purchased her recommended daytime moisturizer and I love it. The conversations here on a "mandatory" gratuity are ridiculous and sound like people trying to take advantage of the generous GroupOn offer that KWest provides. I tipped well over 20% because, even with this total amount, the treatment I received was a bargain. I highly recommend KWest Esthetics for anyone looking for a personalized facial experience.

I absolutely love Kathleen's facials! I have been seeing her for 2 or 3 years now. She gives a full hour facial unlike most other places that only give 25 minutes. I have had a variety of facials and peels over the years with Kathleen and each one has been fantastic! My skin glows! Her fingers are magic on my face. I'm not sure how she can move her fingers so lightly and quickly over my face as she is applying the different products. I feel I have been wonderfully pampered when I leave.

I love getting facials with Kathleen! I first went for an appointment with Kwest Esthetics about 9 months ago and noticed I had been having a lot of skin issues (I..e., acne breakouts) as a result of stress. She was able to give me great advice about which facial would most benefit my skin and give me excellent tips about in-home skincare. Fast forward about 9 months and my acne has drastically improved; now, I schedule appointments to help with hyperpigmentation from acne scarring and maintenance facials. She always offers very diplomatic options and explains each facial procedure thoroughly to help you choose the skincare option which will give you the best results. I’m definitely going to keep coming back; I’ve been very satisfied with the progress I’ve made through my skincare regimen and treatments—Thanks Kathleen! 🙂
