SweatHouz East Memphis Contrast Therapy Studio

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they showed me around with a smile. I ended up doing a walk-in visit that day and was so happy they were able to fit me in. It definitely made me seriously consider getting a membership. I instantly fell in love with the aesthetics of the place—it’s beautiful and so clean. There was staff everywhere working together to make sure each room was cleaned before and after every guest, which is so important. I also loved how knowledgeable everyone was, from explaining how to use the rooms to walking me through the technology. I can’t wait to come back!

Excellent experience! Staff was warm and welcoming, and kindly explained how everything worked. Our room was private, laid out well and very modern/luxurious. I did a special for Valentine’s Day and the hour seemed to pass by quickly. The sound from the tv plays very clearly in the sauna. They have an area in the back with a couple mirrors and space to prep yourself before you leave. Would recommend!

I've heard a lot about benefits of contrast therapy and am glad we have such a great option in town. In the sauna, you can change the temperature, lighting, music, and TV. The cold plunge took a few sessions for me to get comfortable, but now I like the contrast. Nice to have a private suite, where you can fully disconnect. High-end facility and experience. I feel great after each session.

All the staff is so welcoming, it’s incredibly clean, and the experience is 100% worth the money. Felt like I got a whole mental and physical reset.

All around first class facility and experience with top of the line Plunge branded products in each suite. I think it’s impossible to leave a 60-minute contrast therapy session at the SweatHouz in a bad mood!

This place is the absolute BEST! The perfect place to decompress and recover with an awesome infrared sauna, cold plunge and vitamin C shower! You need to check it out. The staff is also so welcoming. Their manager Erika is so kind and the owner Paul genuinely cared about me, introducing himself and inviting me in. I signed up for unlimited membership on spot and can’t wait to come back tomorrow!
