Gabby was very thorough and gave the best massage I've ever had during my facial. She took great care to make sure I got all the attention I needed to my problem areas and the products she used were great for my skin. Her recommendations were on point and I ended up purchasing 3 items that she suggested. I will definitely be back to see her.

I booked a couples massage for me and my fiancé's anniversary. This was my first professional massage in a professional setting. It was an amazing experience from the second we walked in! I didn't know exactly what to expect but it exceeded my expectations! I ended up with Bri and she did such a good job!!! Very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend to anyone! We will be going back for our anniversary next year! (If we make it that long lol)

I had a wonderful first time experience! The facility was clean and welcoming. Staff was helpful and kind. My massage therapist, Steven, did a great job at making recommendations to help with my problem areas! Will be returning again and recommending to friends and family.

Here's what this location does well: 1. Customer Service 2. Facials 3. General ambience, amenities, waiting area experience What they need to work on is the competency of their massage therapists. I've had around 5 massages here, both couple and individual. Sometimes I get a fairly good massage but most of the time the massage is mid to very low quality. I've tried a different therapist each time, and unfortunately it just is never worth it. I've even been given a comped massage due to such a poor experience my husband and I had. Will be back for the facial but I just can't justify spending that much money for a massage and having it be meh.

(Based on my experience from two 60 min & an 80 min premiere massage) The entire experience from the amenities to the staff is everything you crave and hope for in a spa. Their attention to detail and customer service is unrivaled!! My masseuse really listened and targeted problem areas after I was in accident which has had such a positive impact on my recovery! Affordable without sacrificing quality. Nathan (Maple Grove) does incredible work and can deliver deep tissue relief like no-other! 5 stars all around!!

Spavia is a typical no frills massage spot so you know what you’re gonna get - but it’s done well. I’m mostly here to give huge props to Ronjnea - she gave me one of the best massages I’ve had. Highly recommended!

Update 01/26/26: Changing my review to 5 stars based on my rescheduled make-up facial with Gabby. It was a wonderful experience! I truly appreciated the business’s willingness to improve and make sure I felt happy and well taken care of. Thank you for turning things around — I’ll definitely be back. 12/07/25: I recently had the Winter facial with Chloe, which was advertised at a $165 value, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations and standard professional protocols. The actual hands-on facial time was under 60 minutes, omitting key steps like a thorough skin analysis and steaming, which are essential for a complete treatment. Additionally, Chloe's hands felt very cold during the massage, and she did not check in on pressure preferences or overall comfort, missing opportunities for personalization. While Chloe was courteous throughout, the service lacked empathy or engagement. The experience felt incomplete compared to industry norms. I appreciate your commitment to quality and would value any adjustments, such as a follow-up session with a different esthetician to restore confidence in your services.
