I scheduled an appointment this morning then I called them that I was not going to make it at 11am. I asked if I could please reschedule it for 2pm instead and the lady said yes. I then came at 2pm and the lady said that I had no appointment and that there was no body available to see me. I reminded her that I’ve called them before and she said no, "we can’t see you. I then said what kind of business is this ? You don’t care about the customers. I am beyond disappointed and will not come to this place again. I would also not recommend them to anyone because they are completely rude and disorganized.

This was my second visit at Arcadia Wellness Spa, and I must say that Amy is one of the best massage therapists I have ever met. She went above and beyond to address my stress points and neck pain with exceptional care and skill. I arrived feeling tense and in pain, but after just one hour, I left feeling renewed, relaxed, and nearly pain-free.

First review I have ever given somewhere, thats how bad it was lol. I went in and paid for my hour massage. Asked for a hard massage since I was sore, barely pressed on my back during the massage. The worst part was the fact that SHE FELL ASLEEP… literally snoring in my ear 3 times and leaning on me as the massage stopped. Save your money

HORRIBLE, My friend and i went there for a massage but the experience was just horrible, the lady at the reception rushed us to the room without any form of orientation. The massage was to go for an hr but it was 10 mins less on top of that the women doing the massage to be honest don’t know what they are doing. Basically i felt like i just took my body there to be touched for 50mins after paying $140 for both . They also went ahead and asked for a tip but i said not today.

I have had several massages here now and the massage therapist are absolutely amazing! They are the most relaxing in-depth massages I’ve ever had and the salon is clean and professional. it’s tough to beat the prices and they always have friendly service, communicate well, and listen. They take care of my trouble spots and I don’t have to overspend. I’ll definitely be back.

Loud yelling in foreign language, and lazy old ladies. Dragged my hour long massage. Maybe go early in the day they might have more energy? Felt like she was resting on my back.

I took my sister to this location on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at 6 PM for a massage, and our experience was awful . When we arrived, no one could speak English, which made communication very difficult. The woman in charge was rude and unprofessional. She rushed my sister into the room for her massage without any proper explanation. I also had my nephew and nieces with me, and it was clear that they were not welcomed, so we decided to wait outside in the car. When my sister finished her session and we went back inside, she told me that the woman in charge had come into the room, yelled at the person giving the massage, and abruptly ended the session. The woman then grabbed a towel and told my sister, "That's it" When it was time to pay the same woman kept rushing us and speaking in a way we couldn’t understand, making the whole experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was an unprofessional and unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this place.
