Perspire Sauna Studio

Super relaxing experience. Larger saunas than other places I’ve visited, so plenty of room to stretch out and take up space as you like. The TVs with Bluetooth audio in the sauna was a great addition as well. Definitely book one with a shower and do a little bit of contrast therapy with a quick cold shower. Also the $30 intro session was great. They have memberships but for me individual sessions is the most practical — and they did not try to push me to purchase a membership. I’ll definitely come back.

Love Perspire Sauna – Maple Grove! The space is always clean and calming, and the staff is so welcoming. The unlimited membership is totally worth it, and going consistently has made such a difference—my body feels lighter, less sore, and overall so much better. I always leave feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for a couple months, and I have loved it, especially as it gets colder outside. It's just time to myself, and I feel renewed after I am done. Everything is clean, and they provide towels, including a cold towel. You can watch TV during your session, but I prefer to listen to audiobooks.

Love Perspire in Maple Grove. It’s always clean and the staff and very friendly. The cold eucalyptus towel at the end is something from heaven. You can easily book online, same day even which is nice if you have a last minute block of time open. There are rooms with showers which is nice to rinse off afterward! They are also very flexible if you need to pause for a month! I love adding this to my week for wellness.

I just purchased a membership and I am so glad I did. I suffer from knee pain and really feel improvement after each session. The staff are so friendly and the sauna studios are kept so clean. I highly recommend!

The staff is amazing. I notice a huge difference with my skin and muscle recovery from the red light therapy. I wish they had more locations.
