RESET LASER CLINIC by Lavender Skincare Inc.

I had a great experience at Reset Laser Clinic. The environment was really clean and comfortable, and all the staff were super kind and welcoming. Their service felt professional from start to finish. I got chin and eyebrow filler, and the injector’s skill was excellent — very detailed and natural-looking results. I also did Thermage and InMode, and everything was explained clearly, with great care throughout the treatments.

Reset Clinic is absolutely amazing! The service is incredibly personalized and humane, making you feel completely at ease. The doctor's skills are exceptional; they provided the most suitable recommendations and treatment plan for me. Most importantly, the results are outstanding, and the pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Just had an InMode treatment at Reset and I’m really happy with the results. The practitioner was very attentive to details, explained each step clearly, and made sure everything was done carefully and comfortably. The whole experience felt professional and well-managed. Definitely a great place if you’re considering InMode.

I’ve been visiting Reset Clinic for the past 3 months for Inmode, Botox, and Ultherapy, and I am obsessed with the results! Two things really stood out to me: first, the results were practically immediate. Second, the entire process was not painful at all, which was a huge relief. My face looks much smaller and more defined, and I feel so much more confident now. This has definitely become my monthly must-visit clinic. Highly recommend!

I had Botox, skin Botox, thread lifting, Radiesse, and lip filler done at Reset Laser Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They made sure everything was symmetrical to the end, with incredible attention to detail. The staff were genuinely kind and caring throughout the whole process. You can really feel that customer satisfaction is their top priority — they treat every client with care and dedication. I highly recommend Reset if you’re looking for quality service and result you will love 💕

This is my first time getting Eye Thermage/Ultherapy on the forehead at Reset Laser Clinic. I am very satisfied with the result, and I could already see a noticeable difference on the first day. The staff has been very attentive and gentle throughout the entire process, which made me feel completely at ease. Can’t wait to see the improvement in the next 3-6 months

I was also a client of this consultant and later found out there were quite a few stories about her spreading on RedNote. I’m leaving this review to prevent others from going through the same experience. The consultant I saw, her name is June and she mainly spoke to Chinese clients, was extremely pushy and unprofessional. She kept telling clients to send tips through Zelle, and if you didn’t send them right away, she would repeatedly pressure you. The tips weren’t necessary in the first place, so it made me wonder if she was taking advantage of people. She gained clients’ trust by lying about her background and pretending to have worked at a well-known Korean clinic. Her English wasn’t even good, but she cleverly took advantage of Chinese clients who didn’t know better. She often forced clients to sign up for more treatments using the excuse of a deposit, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. At the time, I let it go, but looking back, it was honestly a ridiculous and disappointing experience. Her behavior felt very unprofessional and not trustworthy at all. She seemed to have no motivation to work and quoted absurd prices. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with her because something about the way she operates just feels shady.
