Pause West Hollywood

I had such a lovely experience at Pause Studio. I tried the contrast therapy for the first time including a cold bath (which I never thought I’d do!). Not sure if I’d do the cold again, haha, but I’m really glad I gave it a try. The space is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming, and so thoughtfully designed. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They also offer complimentary tea upon request. Definitely try the turmeric ginger if you can. If you’re even a little curious, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. You might surprise yourself!

Amazing! What a fantastic, quality experience. Took my fiancé on a date there for contrast 60 and I was so impressed by the well designed, beautiful facilities. It was super clean and the staff members were so nice and helpful. The fact that you could add on a person for $40 to your sauna/cold room experience was brilliant. Loved that I could share this experience with my partner for a reasonable cost. The amenities were great too excellent hairdryers and quality bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) only note was the towels are a little too worn for comfort.

I’d give this probably 4.5-4.75 if I could, only if for minor thoughts & recommendations. First, the facilities are great. Relaxing aesthetic and very clean. I did the cryo, which was my first time (had only done plunges previously) and it was great - they give you good headphones and let you choose a song. After that I did the float, which is definitely worth trying. You get your own room and can choose a sound ambiance from vibrating Ohms to guided meditation or others. There’s a nice shower in there for after with Le Labo products. However, there is no lotion for after the shower and the one towel provided (I’m sure you could request more) is quite small and thin. Where you do IV or NAD therapy, there’s a privacy curtain while you sit in comfortable chairs. I can’t speak to pricing relative to other places like this, but it felt reasonable and approachable. Truly with maybe the lotion and some better towels it would’ve been a perfect experience, and still felt like a great wellness spa visit. Will come back

I had such a blast at this spa!! I enjoyed the robo massage, the sauna, and the cold plunge. Wonderful facilities and amazing staff. Arianna went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. She’s truly a super employee and she deserves a promotion asap!!!!

i had an amazing first experience at pause studio. i was able to push my treatment time back without a fee. i checked in a little earlier than expected and they were very accommodating. i booked the 30 min aescape massage and it actually exceeded my expectations. you can change the firmness, the music, and target which areas you want more attention to. my fav areas was back and calves. i highly recommend trying it out and i can’t wait to go back again. thank you to the two gentlemen in the front! ✨

Love love love pause WEHO!! All of the employees are so sweet and amazing, especially love Danielle, Brendan, and Donyea !! They are the sweetest and so kind. The manager Will is amazing at accommodating me when things aren’t perfect (which is rare). Love coming here to float and do contrast therapy!!
