I had a mani gel and pedi appointment, and I was really satisfied with the results. My nails came out beautifully. The spa is located inside the Westin Hotel, which gives it a great atmosphere and relaxing. Cecelia was wonderful, she was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Alma was amazing. I booked the simplest facial on the menu, yet the experience was above and beyond. She listened to my skin concerns and offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in to make sure I was comfy. Left feeling confident on the inside and out. Will definitely be back and will be asking for my girl Alma.

Best place to get a massage and facial in the middle of a weekday for your birthday. Scheduled their Massage/Facial package (w/a cupping add-on) with Alejandra, and it was just what my body and face needed. Solid massage pressure, plenty of attention on my tight areas, and a facial that left my skin plump and moisturized for two full days! I highly recommend the Desuar Spa, and I will totally be going back.

NO LONGER IN THE BASEMENT!! The spa is now located inside on the 3rd floor which you can access via the blue elevator! Cecilia was working reception and she was so friendly and helpful! I hadn't been to this spa before so I didn't know what to expect but everyone was so kind and accommodating. I got the 25 Minute Lymphatic Massage from Sarai [Sah-rye-ee] and she is FANTASTIC! I have been to another place in the area that was also great, but in only 25 minutes she made me the most relaxed I have ever been. Genuine magic I am convinced! The steam room is also very nice, there was nobody else there when I went, so I got to hang out and unwind. Everything was very clean and comfortable- and if I were to critique anything (this is it) it would be the robes are a very strange texture lol. [FINANCIAL NOTE: If you are a girl on a budget like myself- the $10 parking validation for the valet brings it down to (for me) $37. Maaaaybe consider one of the $12 garages nearby! (Oops.) I will be back! Thank you all again.

First timer. I really loved my Swedish massage. My masseuse was Kathy, she was kind, asked if I was comfortable during the massage. I wish to spend like another hour in there. The amenities are great !!! They have sauna too available when you reserve a service. Also, the hotel where the local is located is beautiful. I would definitely try to come back. All the staff was friendly since reception, cleaning staff, everyone.

My dear friend was visiting from FL and we decided to meet at Desuar Day Spa. This was my 1st time there and it it did not disappoint. All the things you read about read about the parking and it being in the basement are true. It did not however retract from the beauty and the ambience. The place was very clean and we were there in the middle of the day on a Wednesday and we were the only people there!! We were provided with a warm fluffy robe and slippers on a locker and all the amenities. I chose a "scrubassage" (scrub /massage) combo. The scrub was just OK, but the massage was amazing!! I highly recommend Javier. I should have forgone the scrub and had a longer massage. The experience would have even been better had they really paid attention to the volume of the music. It was too loud! I asked that they lowered the music once, but then it somehow became loud again. It was very distracting. That earned them 4 stars. Overall I could definitely see how this would be a quick refreshing retreat in downtown Los Angeles.

amazing , had a 100 minute couples massage with cbd oil & cupping … partner fell asleep immediately, my therapist "kim"’ was also so attentive and intuitive about where the tension is in my body a lot … love love love 10/10
