This was the best massage experience of my entire life. The deep tissue massage with Natalie included Ashiatsu, extreme stretching, and traditional massage methods that worked out all of my knots. It’s not for the feint of heart because "deep tissue" is no joke. If you can handle it, do the 90 minute session and it will change your life.

I recently had a massage and Rachel was the one who did. Out of 60 minutes, she kept rubbing my shoulders for 30 minutes saying they are very sore. She rubbed so hard and for so long with the hot stone that the next day my shoulders actually got sore which previously were not. My shoulders and arms are aching. I had been here in the past and I used to like this place but this time I just felt it was a waste of money as my body was not aching previously and it started aching after the massage Update: Management is really good, they gave me another session to compensate

I have multiple massages here because and I am so glad this place is just a short drive for me. I've done a couple of deep tissue massages with Jane and it really helped me. Earlier I had a swedish massage with Rachel and that was a introductory massage and I realized swedish is not what I was looking for. The place is really clean and has a very nice modern ambience. It is in upscale office commercial building rather than a strip mall from the 60s where you find other massage spas. I keep going back here again and again because the night after the massage I sleep so well and feel so relaxed.

I visited this massage place over a year ago for a couple’s massage with my boyfriend. At the time, I chose not to write a review because I didn’t want to be overly critical, but after recently speaking with my current massage therapist about what happened, I now realize how inappropriate the experience was and I feel it's important to share. I actually brought my boyfriend here as part of a date because I really enjoy massage therapy and wanted him to have a relaxing and positive experience too. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. During the session, we were in the same room. At one point, I turned to look at my boyfriend and was shocked to see that the massage therapist was rolling up his boxers so much that half of his buttocks were exposed. She was using her elbow to massage directly in that area without giving any warning, asking for consent, or even explaining what she was doing. What made it even more confusing is that my own masseuse didn’t do anything similar to me. She never touched my underwear or touched my butt directly. So it left me wondering why this happened to my boyfriend, especially with no communication beforehand. I’ve had many massages before, and I’ve never experienced or witnessed anything like this. Professional massage therapists always communicate clearly and ask for permission before exposing or touching sensitive areas of the body. When I later brought this up with my current therapist, she confirmed that this is not standard or acceptable practice in massage therapy. Looking back, the whole experience makes me feel uncomfortable and unsettled. I did express my concern at the time, but now I fully recognize how wrong it was. This wasn’t just unprofessional, it crossed a boundary that should never be crossed in a wellness setting. I'm sharing this so others can be aware and know what to expect when it comes to professional standards in massage therapy. Communication and consent are not optional, they’re essential.

My husband and I visited today for the couples Swedish massage. I had Natalie and he had Emma and both of us felt very relaxed at the end of the massage. Natalie has amazing technique and was able to get all of the knots out of my neck and upper back. I am very very selective about where I get my massages and not only do the masseuses have great technique, scheduling is easy and the spa is very clean and spacious. Will definitely be returning !

Excellent spa for the area. Small, but reasonably priced. I was able to make a same day appointment which was a relief. The spa is super clean and peaceful with music, dim lighting, and a captivating water feature on one of their walls. You leave your shoes and wear provided sliders for cleanliness. You are in a room with a closed door as opposed to a curtain, so complete privacy, as well as quiet from other attending patrons. I received a massage (amazing!) and body scrub. I recommend a shorter body scrub if your skin is even the slightest bit sensitive. There is a shower down the hall that you must waddle to after your scrub to rinse off, sprinkling salt all the way. That was the only down side. I certainly will return.
