I love this place, not only for all the recovery modalities they offer but for the Cryo Slimming services. As an older bodybuilding athlete I wanted to try slimming in the lower abdomen area for my first professional show and the results were amazing! Jamie and Brit were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional with my slimming protocol. I highly recommend it. Give them a try and experience it for yourself.

The environment at Fire and Ice is so wonderful. My favorite room is the fire and ice room with the infrared sauna and cold plunge. I love that you can make it a social affair to enjoy and do contrast hot and cold therapy. I had never gotten in a cold plunge before and was able to get in for the whole three minutes! I felt incredibly energized. The owners Danielle and Jim are amazing and have put so much thought into the design and selection of everything from the comfy chairs for compression to ambient lights in the red light room to the state of the art equipment. Highly recommend Fire and Ice to help relax, be invigorated, and improve your health.

Amazing owners, friendly staff, and great variety of healthy bio-hacking experiences! I felt like a new person after Fire and Ice, both relaxed and energized. The infrared sauna is heavenly and has three wavelengths of infrared to maximize health benefits - detox and healing. I had never tried a cold plunge before but it was approachable - and i worked myself up to 3 minutes (with the help of their timer). I highly recommend the cryo chamber (it’s easier than the plunge!) as well as the compression sleeves that help with lymphatic flow - plus this is all just fun!

I do not even know where to begin, because "impressed" does not begin to cover it. I have always been hesitant about cold therapy of any kind. Cold plunges and cryotherapy never appealed to me. That hesitation disappeared out of necessity after I severely injured my back. The pain was unlike anything I have experienced. I followed a thoughtfully designed recovery protocol that included red light therapy, cryotherapy, and hip compression. The results were remarkable. The day after my first visit, my pain had improved by roughly seventy percent. After returning the following week and repeating the same protocol, the remaining pain disappeared entirely. What surprised me just as much as the physical relief was the effect on my nervous system. My body felt calm, relaxed, and reset. I had not realized how much chronic stress I was carrying until it was suddenly gone. This is not just a wellness space. It is a place where science, intention, and genuine care come together. An incredible experience! I had the pleasure of taking a tour with a manager, the lovely Bridget. She gave me a great, informational introduction to the different offerings. The owners and entire staff are kind, helpful, and deeply knowledgeable of the treatments and their benefits. The facility is gorgeous and immediately invokes an inviting feeling. I utilized their signature Fire & Ice room and cold plunged for the first time in my life. It was an incredible rush!
