This was the best treatment I have ever had! Syl explained the treatment beforehand, not just explaining the steps, but going into detail about what each step did for my body. It was so relaxing- I never thought about lymphatic massage would be relaxing! I am already booking my next appointment!

I had such a great experience at A Silent Moment Organic Spa! Sil is amazing! She really knows her stuff and made me feel super comfortable from the start. She took one look at my skin and knew exactly what treatments would help me reach my goals. I got oxygen dermaplaning and RF microneedling. The dermaplaning was quick and painless, and it left my skin so smooth. The microneedling was way easier than I expected. The numbing cream worked great and I barely felt it. Sil also applied collagen, exosomes, and peptides during the treatment so they could really get into my skin. She even sent me home with organic skincare samples for aftercare, which I really appreciated. My skin already looks fresh and dewy, and I know the results will keep getting better in the next couple of weeks. Highly recommend this spa if you want knowledgeable care and amazing results!

Was looking for a body treatment for my wedding and found this gem on Google! It was my first time doing a body scrub and it was amazing! I booked the Coconut Cream Body Massage/Scrub Treatment. Sil was super nice and responded to all my questions and she would explain what products were used on my skin. I felt so relaxed and my skin feels so hydrated and soft now. This spa is a true jewel in Long Beach! They really honor their name and provide you with the most amazing ‘silent moment’. My favorite service is the full body wrap with the express facial as it’s a whole body treat, head to toe! There are different treatment options for it, lately I have been enjoying the Thai wrap with an incredibly uplifting lemongrass scent. After a few sessions, my waist has shrunk by 1.5 inches, and my jawline is definitely more defined. And these are just some physical benefits! I must add I am in love with the products they use (Eminence) all very effective organic natural botanicals and they smell just amazing! And the owner and therapist? There aren't words to express what a blessing she is! She is so deeply knowledgeable and intuitive, she constantly customizes services to fit your needs and really make it work for you..She gives it the magical touch and keeps you coming back for more! As if all of that was not enough, their online booking service is very friendly and helps me book in a breeze! I come out of this spa floating on a cloud! I highly recommend this business!

I have been going to Syl for over 10 years. She is hands down the best at skin care and making you look young and beautiful! I’m anti plastic surgery/botox, but I wanted to make sure as I got older, I was able to retain and preserve my youth.
