Despite having been a repeat customer and having several previous wonderful experiences- my last visit had a wonderful couple’s retreat - then a pedicure so painful so many different ways it undid my relaxation of my massage. I gave the staff member feedback on what she was doing that was painful and told her I was now defensive after struck f completely relaxed. She told me her English was not very good and she didn’t understand. I told her "I am afraid". I showed her that instead of twisting my foot in an un natural angle, I could lift my foot higher. She filed the tops of my skin on my toes - she cut my toenails way too short - I finally had to tell her to just stop and got up and left in tears. I shared my experience when checking out and was not charged for that terrible experience. I have never left a pedicure at any salon ever! I was told the manager would call me. I sent an email follow up the next morning with my phone number. It’s Monday and this was on Friday night. I have experienced so much more from such a wonderful place …. I wish I wasn’t leaving a public review, but I reached out privately and have not heard back. My toe cut into my skin is no longer throbbing but still red and sensitive days later 🙁
I’ve had my eye on Woodhouse Spa in Littleton for years, and I’m so glad I finally went, it was worth the wait! I chose the WH Signature: Calming Retreat massage, which was amazing and relaxing. My therapist, Denni, was so kind and ensured I was comfortable each step of the way. This massage had seven treatments, so I was there for a few hours and enjoyed every minute. The spa's location is so special that it feels like you are on a mini vacation in a mountain resort, but it is conveniently located. I can't wait to come back! Came back and had a massage with Patrick! 5 stars, he was amazing!
We came for a spa day for my sister’s birthday. We were greeted by a friendly host who gave us a brief tour and directions to the changing room. I had Aubreanna as my therapist and she was very kind and caring. Took great care of me and is a skilled massage therapist. Overall, excellent experience. I think I’ll bring my husband next time
Really great place to recharge and hide for a few hours. The staff was very friendly and professional and I plan to go back and try more treatments. I started with a much needed 50 minute massage and sat in the lounge area while I waited for my appt. The changing area was clean and the locker was very easy to use. The soft robes are very comfortable and warm. No pressure to buy products at all. It’s quiet and peaceful and a great way to slow things down and recover from the holidays or a busy work week. The massage room was very quiet and soothing. The masseuse communicated very well and asked how the pressure was during the massage. I would love to take my friends here for a girls spa day and I know this would be a perfect gift for anyone. Can’t wait to make my next appointment! Enjoy!
I had an appointment at 10:00 AM on February 15, 2026, for a manicure and pedicure. I chose Woodhouse because I had been here before and expected a relaxing, respectful experience — especially given that I was recovering from recent medical issues and was looking for comfort and care. Unfortunately, this visit was deeply upsetting from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was met with rudeness and visible animosity at the front desk. I was required to fill out paperwork that I had already completed during previous visits, and after turning it in, I was completely ignored. No one explained where the locker room or restroom was, I was not offered a robe, and I was not guided through the process at all. I had to find the waiting/lounge area on my own. Even small interactions felt uncomfortable — including being handed a coffee with a clear attitude. There was no warm greeting, no guidance, and no sense of hospitality. The nail technician herself was kind, but when I asked about the massage, hot stones, and treatments I had booked and previously received here, I was told she "doesn’t do that." This was confusing and frustrating, as that is what I scheduled and expected. During the service, I was burned on my feet by the UV lamp. I clearly said, "You’re burning me," more than once. Instead of concern, I was met with disbelief and blame, and nothing was done to adjust or help. At that point, my comfort level was zero. Additional issues included: The locker room restroom was filthy, smelled like sewage, the toilet didn’t work, and there was no toilet paper I have severe allergies and asked about gluten-free options I was offered an orange (which I cannot have) Granola I had previously enjoyed was "out" Nuts were suggested, despite nuts causing anaphylaxis for me No accommodations or care were shown At checkout, I was never once thanked. Not a single "thank you" for my visit or my business. Instead, I heard only "we appreciate it" said flatly, followed by a condescending, uncomfortable request for gratuity. I left a 20% tip, yet the tone and attitude made the interaction confusing and unpleasant. After paying nearly $170 including tip, I realized: There was no massage, no lotion, no hot stones — none of what I booked My gel polish is uneven and incomplete, especially on my thumb My feet weren’t even lotioned I was again approached with attitude and hostility while simply ordering my Uber I came here hoping for peace and healing. Instead, I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and emotionally shaken. This experience fell far below the standards of a spa — especially one at this price point. I’ve been here before and expected far better. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage management to review how guests are treated, particularly those with medical needs.
Just right. Taylor is pleasant and attentive and skilled. What a helpful and relaxing massage! Wishing that I could have one every day! The atmosphere in the spa is similar. Feels like another, better world for customers.
Place is beautiful! Service was great! Costumer service amazing. The only thing I did not like is that they don’t have the cushion support for your legs to avoid pressure on the lower back. The therapist used towels and it was not the same. I have issues with my lower back and I really appreciate that support while getting a massage.
