Emily’s massage was absolutely incredible a total reset for both body and mind. I highly recommend adding the warm scalp treatment to your service; The front desk team also provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back!

I love this spa. The facilities are incredible, the staff is friendly, and the services are top notch. I have tried several spas around Denver, and this is the one I continually come back to. Kristen gives an amazing deep tissue massage, and I love the Pause room to decompress before and after my services. The Exhale sound therapy is an underrated service the spa offers. I always double up on that and my massage for a perfect spa day. I could not recommend this place more.

I got a prenatal massage here and it was heavenly! The process from start to finish is so well thought out and very intentional. I would recommend to anyone in general, but especially pregnant women! Felt very safe through the whole process.

90 minute massage was the best and 90 anti aging facial was wonderful. Definitely will be a return customer. Staff is friendly and and experts in spa treatments and the facility is very nice. They go above and beyond to make your spa day relaxing and stress free.
