Townley Pool and Spa

Got out spa delivered and installed the day before Thanksgiving. Absolutely loving it! David, Dana and the whole Townley clan are simply the best! So knowledgeable and helpful!

Townley Pool and Spa was referred to us by one of their long time customers. We recently moved to a new house with a 20,000 gal. salt water pool. Townley (David) performed the pool inspection prior to us moving, of which included a detailed analysis and recommendations as part of their standard report. We have since had them reposition the salt chlorinator to the correct orientation within the filtration and heat pump system (as recommended by Townley at time of inspection for maximum efficiency within the system). Sean and Andrew performed the work, both were professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We are now working on optimizing water quality within the pool. For this, we have stopped by the store, ask several questions, and were given comprehensive answers to those questions. Lastly, and to simplify the process for us, we simply bring by a sample of the pool's water and the staff at Townley takes care of the rest. Great company, great staff, highly recommended.

Townley is the best place to acquire all my pool & spa needs. One stop shop of professional friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!!! They’ve got awesome deals on chemicals in February!

The pool cover is perfect. We were working thru a sale of our home and needed a pool cover before closing. Mr. Townley took the measurements himself and even took into account the placement of a shed. We installed the cover and every thing was a perfect match. Truly a company that never let us down.

Outstanding service, we are new to the area and even though they were doing an inspection of the pool their team spent extra time going over every function of the control panel and pool maintenance. I highly recommend them to any one needing pool service.

The buying process was great. They are very knowledgeable and gave us a good price. Delivery was on time and they gave us the info we need to fill and start using.

I purchased the Hot Springs Aria from Townley Pool and Spa from Dana, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped guide me to the perfect spa for my needs. The Aria model itself is outstanding – incredibly comfortable, easy to use, and packed with features that make every soak relaxing and rejuvenating. Installation was smooth, and setup has been simple thanks to the clear instructions and support from Townley. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and highly recommend both the spa and the team at Townley Pool and Spa. If you’re considering a hot tub, this is the way to go!
