Dream Spa & Massage

My man and I got an hour long couples massage there this morning. Those 2 ladies really know what they are doing. You can tell they were knowledgeable, working the problem areas without either of us really telling them where it was needed. Very soothing atmosphere as well. The entire experience made us comfortable and relaxed. We did ours first thing in the morning too so it was a really nice start to our day. Very reasonably priced too.

Upon arriving and making an appointment in advance, no one (other than 1 person) seemed aware that an appt had been made. I specifically requested a 60 minute deep tissue massage for shoulders and back only (and indicated this request on their form upon checking in). Long story short, no info I added on the form was adhered to. Massage for 60 minutes was $85 (they said cash only upon booking appt bc their internet was down, which was fine with me). After massage, I gave employee a $100 bill ($85 for massage and $15 tip). After picking up on the employee’s desire for more of a tip, I asked for change for an additional $20 bill that I gave her at which point I was given a $10 bill and a $5 bill. At the time, I was fine with this as a $20 tip for a $85 service seemed very reasonable but upon trying to leave, I was asked, ""tip"? I tried explaining that, at that point, I had already left a $20 tip. Several minutes (at least) later of trying to explain the math and situation, a different employee was consulted to help communicate the language barrier. The first employee then claimed that I never gave her a $20 bill (after the $100 bill) to get change for an ADDITIONAL tip. I told her that was not the case and then I was accused of lying. Employee #2 stated, "well, we will just check the security camera footage." I said, "yes, please do." After numerous attempts to log into their security footage system, she stated that she was unable to log into. After her final attempt to log in, and me asking what exactly the problem (several times) and re-explaining that a tip had already been given the moment I gave them $100 (not including the $5 from the change I requested from the additional $20 bill), she stated "then what is the problem, then?" I replied, that is exactly what I have been trying to figure out. She then responded that I "could just leave" like I had taken something from them and that I could come back tomorrow to review the security camera footage. I told her that was not necessary but I strongly encouraged her to review the footage at her convenience to prove that I was telling the truth. I am still beyond baffled and confused as to everything that happened but I will absolutely never go back again and needless to say, $105 to help me "relax" did quite the opposite.

I was so happy to find Dream Spa! They offer an authentic Chinese massage, which in my opinion, is the best. I’ve travelled Asia for many years, work related, and found the best massage is Chinese. The owners and staff are top notch. The facility is very clean and comfortable. Regular massages are important for your body. Get one! I highly recommend Dream Spa for a wonderful experience,

I love this place for deep messages that I have been getting for 2 years now. I have painful trigger points in my neck and shoulder that come frequently because of long hours of computer working. The therapist is very efficient in getting those released and I feel so relaxed after each session. I tried several other places for deep messages which are more expensive but none does what dream spa message does. They are also clean and nice. They accommodate all my requests including hot stones which I really like. I recommend this place strongly!

Got the two hour deep tissue massage and I can only say amazing things. I feel so relaxed and feel like alot of my pain/knots were taken care of. Very professional, kind, prompt, and amazing massage. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning!

I have been to Dream Spa a couple times, but the best was recently. I had a 60 minute massage with CiCi and she did an amazing job. Very relaxing and professional. I highly recommend to anyone in the Central AR area.

Incredible couples massage! This was a great way to surprise my boyfriend for our anniversary. The deep tissue massage is the way to go! I haven't felt this nimble in years. 10/10 recommend!!
