Supreme Spa & Pool

Very poor customer service and communication. Pool corroded after less than 3 years and they refuse to do anything about it. The project manager (taylor) told me I could backfill up to 2 ft, but even 3 INCHES of backfill has corroded the bottom of the wall (and obviously up to 24 inches as in the pictures). When he came out to look at the damage he even said it was fine to be backfilled to where it was....but the Carvin website says no backfill. Looks like he purposely does this. We blindly trusted the construction manager, thinking he knew what he was doing. I have called and text multiple times, mostly without a response. The new service manager said he would get it sorted out after Tyler left, but is the exact same as Tyler-completely unresponsive and unhelpful. When he does actually respond, he keeps telling me they are waiting on Carvin for the claim...I reached out to Carvin myself last week and they told me they closed the claim August 7 and communicated that with supreme. He has been stringing me along for months. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend at all. Get your pool anywhere else.

We've had our hot tub from SP&P for 14yrs. We just had the main motor go out in it and it was expensive to replace, but they had good customer service and everything worked efficiently again! Five Stars for our service man Vincent

Terrible place to do business with. Irresponsible and won’t answer phone calls or fix the problem, created by dumb delivery person. Neighbor ended up with new tub and I with lawn repair and mess, after their delivery guys decided to drive on the lawn after rainy days and snow. I’ll try to post this pictures on every social media, so people don’t have to go through issues like mine. I did try to solve it with company since end of February, but they did nothing.

Extremely disappointed with this company and would recommend avoiding them at all costs. We’ve had multiple leaks with our hot tub and the service has been slow and unreliable. The first warranty claim took over two months to get resolved, and now we’re dealing with another leak, right as our warranty is about to expire, and we can’t get anyone to answer the phone or reply to their text messages. When someone finally did come out previously, they damaged the hot tub further and left it in terrible condition, not even putting it fully back together. Tyler (the service manager) had promised us he would make things right after that service visit and we have not gotten that settled. For the amount of money we spent, the quality and customer service have been unacceptable. Would not recommend.

Do not do business here! They are very professional during the sale and completely ignore you once the sale is made. They delivered my new hot tub with some scuffs on it. I told them to take it back but they assured me that they would fix them. After filling it and using it once a service notice came on. I called them numerous times and initially they answered and promised to come out and fix it, now they don’t even answer. They have never came out or stood behind their promise to fix the scuffs. Worst business I’ve ever been involved with. They are the kind of businesses you hear the horror stories about and give Lincoln a bad name.

I was misled by staff if not flat out lied too when purchasing a hot tub last month, then asked for the owner to call and have heard nothing from them. Based on this experience I would advise not doing business with Supreme Pool and Spa.

We have nothing but great things to say about our experiences with Supreme Spa & Pool! We purchased our Hot Springs Grandee saltwater spa in January and have enjoyed it so much as a family. Considering this was our first purchase of a spa, Chris was very patient, knowledgeable, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The initial calibration of the chemicals was a bit of a challenge, but once we had that completed with the assistance of the staff testing our water samples, maintenance of the spa has since then been a breeze. We would highly recommend Chris and Supreme Spa & Pool!
