Spa Light

This was my second time here. I really enjoyed myself. I only did the day package but was able to partake in everything without feeling rushed. We arrived before 11 am and it got busier throughout the time we were there. The place is well maintained. My only suggestion is as it pertains to wet room, don’t bother wearing your slippers in there it can be very slippery.

I loved every minute of it. The bathhouse was very clean and there were plenty of towels as they are constantly checked on for re-stocking. Word of advice, dont wear a bathing suit in the pools and sauna. Even though you are allowed to, you will be the odd duck out. Take full advantage of being completely relaxed amongst others doing the same thing without worrying about clothes. There is absolutely no shame in being nude. The staff are very friendly and accomadating from the very start.

My best friend had a baby and this was the first place we came to, to relax! I highly recommend it! We did a various amount of plunges, top tier massage chairs, saunas, steam rooms, and of course lunch and yummy tea drinks! We chose the day pass but there are services for massages and scrubs as well! Would highly recommend just a relaxing few hours with the day pass!

If I could I would give this place a 0/5 stars. My friend and I will never come here again. There were 2 girls in the SHOWER room that brought in their phones and were taking videos. When we placed a complaint to the front desk that we felt uncomfortable she said we should have told her at that moment it happened. There was no way my friend and I would have walked out there naked to complain. Since they don’t take IDs here when you go in, there’s no way for them to hold the people accountable. I asked for a discount of some sort but she said because the business didn’t cause that they won’t be able too. The business should be held accountable for not having other resources or safety measures for harassment. OTHER REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT COME HERE: 1. When you walk towards the Hana Saunas you get slapped with smell of cigerettes since they would be sharing the same ventilation as Twin River which is smoker friendly. 2. The rooms are room temperature except for 1 actual hot sauna room. 3. Food otherwise was ok but expensive. 4. The ‘relaxation’ music was way too loud. I couldn’t hear myself think. 5. Some of the massage chairs were broken It was my first and last time here. This business also lacks at providing information how "Korean" spas work. I’ve had several people in the locker room asked how me what they should do and where to go. TLDR: worst Korean spa experience ever. The business won’t take accountable for safety measures for people who take videos of people in the SHOWERS

I was so pleased with this experience! This was my first ever spa and I will definitely be coming back. Despite coming on a holiday weekend, it wasn't too busy because the staff ensure the space isn't too crowded and it felt so cozy and relaxing. The variety in pools and saunas is excellent and each felt luxurious. I appreciated the instruction and descriptions laid out on the signage for beginners like me. The food at the restaurant inside is also delicious. Made to order, flavorful, and not bad a price for the quality. The only downside I'd say, and this isn't the spa's fault, but is the smoky smell and haze of the casino when you leave the spa and hotel area and exit. It's such a contrast to the calming atmosphere and aesthetic of the spa area. For both weekday and weekend admission, the price is reasonable, and you can stay for as long as you wish. Would definitely recommend!

I was very disappointed with my visit to Spa Light. The towels had a noticeable bad smell, which immediately made the experience uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. Unfortunately, the massage itself was not great either. It felt rushed and lacked proper technique, and I didn’t leave feeling relaxed like I expected. Overall, it did not meet the standards of a professional spa. Place was crowded we couldn’t find a place to sit in the sauna room the Himalayan room . Why let all this people in if they can’t use what they paid for.

Went to the spa for the day and it was just ok. Check in was easy. All the rooms were clean and everything was working as it should, plenty of towels and amenities. There were water fountains throughout so that you could stay hydrated. The robes and slippers were cozy, although I slipped a couple of times wearing the slippers on the wet floor. The restaurant there had some great food and drink options and everything was fresh and delicious. Where things went downhill: The bathouse was extremely noisy and not a "spa" feel as the people were talking over the noise of the hot tubs. The relaxation lounge has 8-10 chairs. That is not enough chairs for the number of people in the facility. The only other seating is hard benches or the restaurant. And the chairs were occupied by the same people, on their phones, on laptops, on tablets. Great for them, not so much for the other 90 or so people there that day. The front desk staff was nice for check in, but left it to us to walk around and figure everything else out on our own. The facility has a disjointed feel where you have to walk through the restaurant to go between the bathouse and the saunas. With the relaxation lounge pretty much in the restaurant. Overall we still had an enjoyable day, but I wouldn't do it again.
