Perspire Sauna Studio

I was passing through Kansas City for work and had a stop for the evening. I decided to check this place out and absolutely loved it. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. A big plus is that you can try it for $20 for your first visit.

Booked a single session to reset during winter, with no intention of using regularly. Within days I’d signed up for a membership. A calming place to relax and decompress. From the friendly staff to spacious personalised pods, I always find myself looking forward to my next session. Love the towel service, including a eucalyptus face towel. Many shower pods also available. Highly recommend!

Perspire while receiving a full body red light blast coupled with second multi color choice full body exposure. Listen to your choice of music or program on the TV monitor. Finish in the same private room taking a shower with towels provided. Ask knowledgeable staff in the lobby about their display of wholesome products available for a healthy body. Me and my husband loving it! They pay special attention to cleanliness and your personal experience! Staff are very accommodating. They will set your preferences in the sauna before you arrive so it is exactly as you desire when you step in! They will personalize the music, colors, temperature and visual experience. I usually enjoys watching anything about water zen type of music, helps me relax and also doing some breathing meditation during the 40 minutes session. The eucalyptus cold towel after you step out is so helpful to cool you down! I highly recommend this place. So much health benefits and my body is already loving it! 10/10

I started sauna to help with back pain. Within a few sessions, the pain has been more manageable. The benefits were exactly what I was looking for. Plus the staff is anyways welcoming and I enjoy my personalized/private suite.
