I absolutely love Kali Spa! The moment you walk in, you're welcomed into a spotless, relaxing environment that instantly sets the tone. The cleanliness and peaceful vibe make it easy to settle in and enjoy the experience. Mia did my wax service, and I couldn't have asked for a better provider. She’s warm, friendly, and made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend, which really eased any nerves. On top of that, the service itself was flawless — efficient, gentle, and professional. I left feeling completely satisfied and well-cared-for. Kali Spa is my new go-to spot for waxing services and more. Highly recommend!

This business is joke. I purchased Groupon and now i understand why they promoting services on Groupon since no one would like to deal with this unprofessional rude service. I was reading reviews after running into bad experience and looks like all reviews made by owners friends. I made an appointment with plenty of time for owner get back to me on appointment cancellation time. I was running late and called to Kali Spa LLC ran by one person. She said she doesn't accept any appointments today since she has to attend the funeral. I told her how inconvenient and unprofessional it was since i havent received any cancellation confirmation. You wont believe what she said. "It is too bad i have to attended the funeral" No apologies, no "I am sorry" . NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

She was very professional and made me feel comfortable, as this was my first time! I will continue to go get a Brazilian from Mia!! Awesome experience and I feel like a new women!! I highly recommend her.
