Customer Reviews
V SPA has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on over 421 reviews on Google
I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. The space is clean, calm, and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable right away. My therapist really listened to what I needed and tailored the massage perfectly—great pressure, smooth flow, and super relaxing while still working out all the tension. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely refreshed. You can tell they care about quality and client comfort. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone who needs a great massage
Recommended – Professional, Clean, and Truly Convenient I recently visited V SPA, and I’m genuinely impressed by both the quality of service and how well this spa is run. One of the biggest advantages of V SPA is that it is open 24 hours, which is incredibly convenient. No matter what time you are free—day or night—you can always come in. Appointments are not strictly required, and even when multiple clients arrive at the same time, the owner is very good at arranging therapists so that customers are taken care of without a long wait. This level of flexibility is rare and very appreciated. The spa itself is very spacious, with more than ten private rooms, and everything is kept clean, organized, and comfortable. The environment feels calm and professional, not crowded or rushed. They also offer sauna facilities, which are excellent—the temperature is high enough to really help your body relax and sweat, and it feels wonderful after a long day. In addition, there are showers and table shower services, making the overall experience complete and refreshing. I would especially like to mention the therapist, Yulian Li . She is not only an experienced massage therapist but also a licensed esthetician, which really shows in her work. Her knowledge of the body is very professional, and her techniques are thoughtful and effective. She is also skilled in cupping therapy, including both vacuum cupping and traditional fire cupping, and she knows how to adjust the treatment based on your condition and comfort level. Her massage is strong where it needs to be, gentle when appropriate, and always focused on relieving tension and helping your body truly relax. You can tell she has many years of experience and genuinely cares about doing her work well. Overall, V SPA is a place I would confidently recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and comfortable massage spa, especially if you value cleanliness, flexible hours, and experienced therapists. I will definitely be coming back.
I’m so happy that I found V-Spa on my vacation to Vegas. I often seek out inexpensive massage, and the results are often mixed. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. The rooms are private, and the massage was excellent. I booked a second massage with Sofia before I left. She was wonderful, and fulfilled the promise of a relaxing Swedish massage.
**EDIT OF REVIEW This place is a complete SCAM. All the 5 star reviews here are fake. When you walk in, they immediately tell you to give them a 5 star review for "free add ons". I didn't even say yes and the check in lady had towered over me and was pressing buttons on my phone insisting I give a positive review before I even got a massage. The massage was average at best and when I tried to tip 15% she insisted on 25% - literally pulling out receipts from previous customers to show me what I was "supposed to pay". They literally yelled at me and bullied me into paying more and I told her it was illegal to demand a tip from customers. Honestly do not go here the whole thing is a complete scam and they should be reported.
Been here twice, but would say I won’t return. Massage first time was 6.5/10, second time was 5/10. They leave the sign in the front but you need to pay $500 for the membership to get that price. Otherwise it’s $55, $2 fees without saying anything with cards. So difficult to communicate since they don’t understand English so gotta use Google translate. Only 1 lady there who i assume manager can speak and understand average English so she can get attitude passive aggressive sometimes. At least I came back second time, but after the massage that like rubbing the same spot over n over. I won’t return. Regardless of whatever i still tipped $20 first time n $15 second time before saying anything further.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. I booked a 90-minute relaxation massage with CBD and a table shower/sauna through Groupon and was really looking forward to it after arriving in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, the entire visit was chaotic and uncomfortable from beginning to end. When I arrived, there was confusion between the receptionist and (what I assume was) the manager, Mimi, she was speaking to on the phone. I was handed the phone and asked how much I paid and what the Groupon included—something they should already know. I was then taken to a small cubicle with a massage table and a single exposed light bulb hanging on the wall as lighting. I was left there for about 10 minutes before the massage even began. Once it started, it was constantly interrupted—people talking through the curtain, the manager walking in to talk to the therapist, and general noise. It was impossible to relax. After exactly 60 minutes, I was led to a tiny sauna. When I asked about the 90 minutes that were promised, I was told "more massage after the sauna." The sauna was so cramped and uncomfortable that I left after a few minutes. When I returned to the room, my original therapist was gone (it seemed they were understaffed), and the manager herself finished the session. Even then, she kept stopping to answer the phone or greet customers, and at one point she had her cellphone on her while massaging me. It was unprofessional and disruptive. Eventually I got up, ended the session myself, and got dressed. At the door, the manager stopped me to ask for a tip. When I said I wasn’t going to tip for a service I didn’t enjoy, she explained they "don’t make money on Groupon" and even showed me their regular price menu. My response: if you can’t deliver the service you advertise, you shouldn’t be offering it. This was nothing close to the relaxing 90-minute experience that was promised. Honestly, I don’t know what the other 5 star reviews are all about. I left more tense than when I arrived. I hope others read this before booking.
Some time ago I saw this advertised on Groupon: 60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage with CBD Relief Gel Plus Sauna or Table Shower Definitely worth checking out, so I bought one. Yesterday I redeemed it, and this is my review. --I arrived at 7am, give or take a few minutes. Although it says that an appointment is required, I asked if they could accommodate me as a walk-in, and they answered affirmatively. --The massage was mediocre at best. The massage therapist had not slept suffienctly and was tired, resulting in a half effort. At one point it seemed like she literally fell alsleep on me for a brief moment. --They did not honor the terms of the Groupon. There was no CBD oil/lotion/gel. I requested the table shower, but they charged me an additional $30. --To their credit, they did give me 15 minutes in the sauna (which I did not request) . . . but the steam turned off after about 10 minutes. The attendant was not nearby, and it was too dark to see, so I waited as the temperature dropped. Someone started the steam again for the final minute or two. --The table shower was rushed and lackluster. My conclusion--Not recommended.
